 ‘State of Catastrophe’ After Chile Quake

 Japan and Chile both experienced earthquakes this week, the Northeast is enduring its second mega snowstorm in less than two weeks, and the Pacific coast is being deluged by rain, mudslides, and tsunami warnings.
Note: Via BillieJo: Hillary Clinton was scheduled to be in Chile before the earthquake, she’s expected to travel there on Tuesday.
