Did you ever think you’d read an article by Maureen Dowd that you agreed with??? MoDo wasn’t much impressed with the president’s speech. Apparently The One didn’t really mean The Only One. Actually, he meant Not Me – You! He’s not blaming Bush anymore….he’s blaming US!

I found this very interesting this morning, and wonder just for how much longer the CLINTON’s will put up with the fraud’s continued abuse, without getting even…..
http://www.buzzfeed.com/mhastings/obama-gives-bill-clinton-a-new-title-secretary-of
I did not find this amusing at all….just another passive/aggressive act of narcissistic meanness.
freespirit 09.09.12 at 12:22 pm
DWP, it’s hard to believe that even the Narcissist in Chief would be stupid and arrogant enough to make that statement about Bill Clinton. He’s so damn jealous of the Clinton Cred he absolutely cannot stand it. Can’t even suppress his anger and envy long enough to benefit his own sorry campaign.
If my internet connection were not so tentative today, I would post the link from Ulsterman regarding the WHI’s view of Bill’s speech. I don’t know if the Insider actually exists, but I do think Bill was doing a number on Obama throughout that speech.
Obama can’t shed that Chicago influence and the belief in his own superiority. He and his thug campaign are short-sighted, and have failed to recognize that they are rapidly becoming little fish in a big pond – not the big fish they were in 2008.

The sound of music (to my ears) will be Hillary 2016.

The news is awash with Bill’s brilliant speech…but many don’t get that it is not Bill who is running for President. Bill is only a crutch. Obama always need a White man to prop him up and Bill being Mr. Popularity, is always happy to oblige..he is racking up his goodwill points to be cashed in later, in the form of either two Madame Presidents.

The battle cry during the DNC in Charlotte was 4.5 million jobs created…
Read NY Times..where it says ”
Majority of New Jobs Pay Low Wages, Study Finds
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/08/31/business/majority-of-new-jobs-pay-low-wages-study-finds.html
Lower-wage occupations, with median hourly wages of $7.69 to $13.83, accounted for 21 percent of job losses during the retraction. Since employment started expanding, they have accounted for 58 percent of all job growth.
The occupations with the fastest growth were retail sales (at a median wage of $10.97 an hour) and food preparation workers ($9.04 an hour). Each category has grown by more than 300,000 workers since June 2009.
Some of these new, lower-paying jobs are being taken by people just entering the labor force, like recent high school and college graduates. Many, though, are being filled by older workers who lost more lucrative jobs in the recession and were forced to take something to scrape by.

Headclunker – Most big tech companies in China will not deal with individuals or small companies. I am curious where your vision and goals are with solar panels. Do you have a niche of some kind. Obviously as an individual, having an edge and a niche gives one a leg up. I saw a solar panel “farm” and wind turbines when we went to Tucson on Saturday – some of which were still being put up
Headclunker 09.09.12 at 5:10 pm
freddiebrown #9,
Even the Chinese companies are going under on solar. There are some fundamental problems with the technology that are not being addressed, that keep it from being economical. The ROI is around 10-20 years. And the whole thing is disorganized. The panels I just evaluated failed. The manufacturers have a novel encapsulation process that I am very interested in, but the panels are made with cheap polycrystalline cells that cannot take the heat.
There are so many things lacking for the development of this industry that I cannot even begin to list them on this blog. Basic things, I would like to buy that I have to invent. I am trying to write a patent application this weekend. I actually have some from when I worked in industry, but I am trying to write this one by myself. Then I have two more I am working on. And I have to keep my day job to pay the bills.
When R&R get in office and cut subsidies, that will really shut things down. I suspect they are Oil Whores. I hope I am wrong and some actual development activity will start, but until then, I will be in my kitchen writing patents.
freddiebrown 09.09.12 at 5:46 pm
Headclunker…I know someone who has a company in Shanghai in the Tech industry. Small tiny struggling company. For many years, i have asked him to look into solar energy – I think, like you, he has to work on what brings in the bacon too. I think as individuals, it is better to produce stand alone products that does not rely on the “government” to subsidize or help. That could be a long time coming and big projects like the Solyndra needs lots of money to startup anyway…and lobbyst (SP)
We have used many solar products since more than 10 years ago. Yard lights. motion detectors etc. Oh, we have solar on our little RV too. I see people using solar on recreational boats as well. My point is slowly but surely individuals are taking matters into their own hands and making decisions on their own, without relying on “Daddy government” to save energy cost in the long run. Maybe that could be your niche. Consumer products.
I wonder if Street lights can be powered by Solar? Why not ?
I mentioned to you long ago, some Japan households are heavily subsidized by the Govt. for their solar energy. It is not yet economical anywhere on a large scale that I have read. But I am just a casual observer.
Good Luck – keep chipping away and never give up on your passion.I have to go back to work .

Awww com’on Ofartinajar, you are out Romney is in!
It has been so ordered by the boyz with the real power and money.
You are done, they had you do the dirty work and now Romney has his term/turn, you know “they” used you. They twisted you into thinking you were so great, NOT!!
freddiebrown 09.10.12 at 12:42 pm
HP Boston – Don’t know about your post # 12. Today on cnn.com, Obama(Bill Clinton) is 5 points over Romney. That is bad.

I wouldn’t trust polls at the moment. Gallup was recently confronted by Axelrod when they failed to present numbers favorable to the President and when they balked the DOJ filled a lawsuit against them. PPP polls are notoriously bad, but their recent one has Dem turnout at a higher rate than we saw in 2008.
Justice Dept. Gallup lawsuit came after Axelrod criticized pollsters

Freddie,
I beliecve it is all smoke and mirrors, the fix is in and the game will be played.
Ofartinajar will not be re-elected…..they will only drag him over the finish line ONCE! This is not 2008.

CNN.com talking about 3rd party spoiler votes harming Romney more than it does Obama. I think at this time, all roads point to Obama…
TRENDING: Spoiler alert: Poll finds small following for Libertarian candidate
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/09/10/spoiler-alert-poll-finds-small-following-for-libertarian-candidate/
The poll also finds that Johnson’s inclusion, along with the Green Party’s candidate Jill Stein, hurts Republican candidate Mitt Romney more than it does President Barack Obama.
Obama leads Romney 52% to 46% when Romney and Obama are the only candidates in question, but Romney’s support goes down three percentage points with the inclusion of the third party candidates. Obama’s support only drops one point.
yttik 09.11.12 at 9:28 am
“I think at this time, all roads point to Obama…”
Of course, that’s what they want everyone to believe. The President’s entire campaign, indeed, his entire presidency, is based on nothing but propaganda. But you have to keep in mind that the polls are acting as if 2010 never happened, as if Dem turnout will be even higher than it was in 2008. The over sampling of Dems is kind of silly.
freddiebrown 09.11.12 at 3:58 pm
Yttik – I hope you and everyone is right about the polls. I don’t think Obama will give up the White House without some kind of drastic Chicago type tactical fight – aka fraud.

@Headclunker
Bless you! Have you read THE ACQUARIAN CONSPIRACY? Maybe that’s the way again now. Instead of spending our energy on politics, which flips every few years, just go ahead and do the research or whatever ourselves.
Bless Melinda Gates, too. She says the world needs better contraceptives, so she’s going to pay to develop some.

No. I meant specifically the women. All the pictures of the heroes are male. If it weren’t for the book (you can read about it at the link I posted) written by two SFO Bay Area women, people wouldn’t realize that their were women firefighters, police, EMTs, etc. who also risked and lost their lives trying to save others on 9/11.
No need to add “men” in your comment, they’re the only ones who are ever mentioned.
And, the 9/11 act was not “senseless”, brutal yes, senseless, no. The barbaric freaks who perpetuated the 9/11 atrocities had their reasons, and you can be sure if wasn’t about “jealousy” as the king of the dimwitted, King George Dumbya Bush, would have Americans believe.

=======================
Bush was very quick off with that nonsense. It was a few years later that I heard that bin Laden had put out a statement at the time that the attack was to punish/deter us from some specific action we were doing about some border dispute in the Middle East. (I never saw enough about this to consider it completely verified.)
