Death by a thousand cuts!!

Perfect examples of the disconnection between the right and left sides of the brain.

Unless the Dimocrats unexpectedly announce HRC as the candidate, I suggest we start the Hillary 2016 campaign.

3

stoney42 08.14.12 at 8:07 pm

I would only vote for Romney if the polls showed it was a close race. We can not have 4 more years of BO.

4

Headclunker 08.14.12 at 9:48 pm

I cannot believe Americans are foolish enough to reelect BO. He has really been showing his thug-self quite obviously lately. But then, I have not been for the winner of the last 3 presidential elections. And Bush actually got a second term.

I am voting in Florida and BO cannot make mine a 1/2 vote.

yttik 08.14.12 at 10:23 pm

I can’t survive four more years of Obama. Access to free birth control just doesn’t make up for not having a roof over my head and food on the table. My very survival depends on replacing Obama. I haven’t got the luxury of sitting this one out.

I also honestly believe the Republicans are going to bring more women into power. Half of Sarah Palin’s endorsements have been women. Republican women are rising up all over the place and running for office.

6

CatBalu 08.15.12 at 12:13 pm

And, yttik, at least the Republicans don’t make sexist remarks about Republican women or denigrate their own women. But as we know, the Dems had a field day trashing Hillary. I can never forgive them for that.

7

freddiebrown 08.15.12 at 12:44 pm

If you follow the Obama’s tone and Romney’s tone during this election, it is clear as a day that the Romney team is a lot more decent than the Chicago thug that never changes its darkness. You may not agree with any of Romney’s issues, but they have not demonized Obama in the way that Obama’s team has-they’ve brought out anything and everything made up or otherwise. It is mind boggling that the White House under Obama has lost all sense of decency. Issues and ideology aside, they have truly sold their soul to capture the next 4 years for Obama.

We must make sure Obama does not have the next 4 years. We must not lose focus
- For Hillary who has been kicked to the curb, I can almost guarantee a smirk on her face, when/if Obama is kicked to the curb himself. It can’t come fast enough. When / if Romney wins, I won’t necessarily celebrate his win. I will celebrate Hillary’s vindication and then, celebrate Obama’s new curb.
That’s all.

prplvette85 08.15.12 at 2:47 pm

Well Puma’s all I can say is once again for me there is no choice but to vote Romney. I cannot and will not vote for the fraud even if they put Hillary on the ticket. We cannot afford 4 more years of his bull shit. America will not survive him. In my state I cannot do a write in or a third party because it will just be a vote for him.

I pray we make it until 2016 for Hillary.

Headclunker 08.15.12 at 6:39 pm

I think I am going to let a part of my political self go numb and just focus of the blow-back Willard gives BO. I may even start recording some of the better Romney adds and keep my channel changer handy for BO. We are getting pummeled in Florida.

I still have my Draft Hillary 3012 bumper sticker on my car. After the primary I am changing it out for Hillary 2016. We need someone who thinks with both sides of their brain.

Willard better get some good adds going or he is going to be hearing from me.

10

prplvette85 08.15.12 at 7:45 pm

I still have all my Puma stickers, anti obama and Hillary stickers on my Explorer and my Hillary 2012 sticker on my vette. I will not remove any of them. I told my daughter who I am giving my Explorer to that she cannot remove any of my stickers :)

freddiebrown 08.15.12 at 9:55 pm

I think Romney is a decent fellow – many have called on him to fight back Obama’s nastiness but perhaps he doesn’t want to drag his campaign to the depths like Obama. Many have asked Romney to fight fire with fire. We shall see.
Many polls have shown that negative ads do work. Obama has a lot of them. On Greta Van Susterns show, they were saying that the tone of the current campaign was nothing compared to when Hillary was running against Obama. They said it was the lowest most brutal campaign against Hillary.
Do not forget 2008 – Hillary Clinton could have been, had it not be for Chicago politics.

freespirit 08.15.12 at 10:29 pm

Hillary has been a hot topic for the last couple of days – with calls for her to run on the ticket with the POS, and the comments about his propensity for sleaze. I saw Trump on Greta too, freddiebrown, and loved that he nailed O for the major nastiness toward Hillary. Surely she won’t be talked into replacing Blathering Biden on the ticket. She’s a thoroughbred. Obama’s a jack ass. Thoroughbreds don’t push jack asses across the finish line at the KY Derby.

How great it would be to see Hillary saunter out onto the stage at the Dem convention, and snatch the nomination away from Obama. But, since 2012 is history, I agree that the 2016 Hillary blitz needs to begin now.

Freespirit: Many Republican politicians openly have great respect for Hillary Clinton. She did her duty when called in 2008 – to be an election crutch for the man who frauded his way past her would be such a double insult on all fronts. When people realize that they have “buyers remorse” they usually look to the one “they should have got”. I wish all the ones who have buyers remorse will stay home this time and lick their wounded hinie. Don’t prolong our agony.

15

freddiebrown 08.16.12 at 3:46 pm

Boy – am I furious! There is lot of talk about kicking Biden to the curb and replacing him with Hillary. When you all have a minute, go to CNN.com (this link below) and put in your two bloody cents and add some fuel to it…Lots of people saying they voted for Obama but now wishes they voted for her. Bloody fucktards ! The Messiah is not working out so well for them in hind sight.

Do you get the feeling that the Navy Seals did not like the Messiah President to take credit for killing Osama Bin Laden? I would be pissed too, cos, one day Mr. President may say that the Navy Seals, success is not theirs… it is the Governments (aka HIS success).

In a series of interviews, former military and intelligence officers accuse Obama of seeking political gain by disclosing successful secret operations.

Opinion: To fix leaks, fix culture of secrecy

“As a citizen, it is my civic duty to tell the president to stop leaking information to the enemy,” says Benjamin Smith, identified in the video as a former Navy SEAL. “It will get Americans killed.”

Another former Navy SEAL in the video, Scott Taylor, says of the bin Laden raid: “If you disclose how we got there, how we took down the building, what we did, how many people were there, that it’s going to hinder future operations, and certainly hurt the success of those future operations.”

Smith also criticizes the president for taking too much credit for the SEALs’ raid.

“Mr. President, you did not kill Osama bin Laden. America did,” he says. “We have become a political weapon. We are not.”

@freddiebrown – I’ve been hearing all day that someone who has connections Hillary’s offices has confirmed that she is replacing Biden. Was there not to be a meeting with Da Crock, Biden, and Hill, today? I read that on one of the Hillary sites. Anyway – I hope the part about her being on that ticket with the POS is totally false. I can’t believe she would tie herself to his failed admin – as VP. It was bad enough that she was his SOS – even though it turned out to be a good thing. However, as SOS, she is not seen as connected to his failures (well, of course some blame from MSM regarding foreign policy – she gets all blame and no credit) as SOS as she would be if she were VP. His screw-ups would be forever connected to her. I just can’t imagine she would put herself in that position. She and Bill are too smart. Unless she knows O has a terminal illness (which, i hope even he doesn’t), or is being deported to Kenya, or she is aware of some other sure fire reason that he will leave office early (say within the first month) she needs to stay away from that train wreck of a presidential ticket.

She belongs in behind the desk in the Oval Office, not on the other side of it – awaiting instructions from President Fraud.

18

freddiebrown 08.16.12 at 7:31 pm

Freespirit – you better be wrong.
I don’t think we can stomach the fraud dragging Hillary down with him.
This is making my stomach churn as we speak.

19

freddiebrown 08.16.12 at 7:38 pm

But then, if you google, “is Hillary the new VP” you will find a ton of articles about it. With 69% favourability, she does not need to sully the Clinton name with the Obama administration.

20

oscarp 08.16.12 at 8:00 pm

good evening my PUMA family ! well, thank God Hillary knows better! joining the ticket at this stage would be accepting that Obama is the best solution for what ails our country. She is intelligent, so I know that she will not put herself into that position. I hope that she -as all of us – hasn’t forgotten 2008. That year marked the decay of the Democratic Party as we know it today. That year marked every single American as the year that an impostor took over the presidency of a great country. We haven’t forgotten, we will never forget ! It is about time that this greta country gets rid of Barack Obama and the liars that disrespect our great country !

21

Delle 08.17.12 at 11:22 am

According to this, Hillary was asked to replace Biden but she turned the offer down. Bill Clinton wanted her to take it.

She’s running again folks!!

Hi (((((Pumas))))) – I’ve been lurking forever it seems but just can’t let this go without comment. I am with (((prplvette85))) – cannot, and will not, vote for him even if Hillary is on the ticket. Makes me sick to see the ex Speaker of the House (awhile ago now) say nice things about Hillary and intimate that she should run in 2016 – where was she in 2008? All those traitors are now having buyer’s remorse – too bad. I hope and pray that Hillary does not consider it for a nanosecond. (((Freddie))) have not sen you so animated in a long time – I guess this has set many of us off. I appreciate that you have been an unwavering commenter here and am sorry that I have been so bummed out I could not comment but rarely. We think that there is censorship being practiced in our NY hotel where we are right now. Ink 48 is a nice boutique hotel by the Kimpton group. I think it is a 4 star hotel. We were in a different room last week and tried to watch Fox news after watching CNN.The channel says Fox news but CNBC actually comes on. Fox news is no where to be found. My husband called to enquire very nicely. They said they’ll send and engineer. No one came. This week we are back in NY but a different room – awesome suite overlooking the Hudson river if I may add..(upgraded, we cannot afford the $500/- a night rate pfft). Same thing in this room -Fox news is replaced with CNBC. Long story short, my husband was irate – he doesn’t like being censored. Engineer came and went to the control room to fix it – I think it is something fishy. So now I am able to watch O’Reilly..one of the topics – rumor about Obama asking Hillary to run as VP. Both Democrat and Republican women guests that want a woman president said, no way – its not going to happen. The Democrat guest wanted Hillary as President. We have until September 6 for Obama to announce if Hillary accepts. I am on pins and needles until then.

HP Boston!! Lovely to see you – yes, know what you mean about depressing …..
Irks me no end to see folk ‘discovering’, four years later, how down and dirty it can get because the Chicago machine is now focusing on them. However, a few acknowledge that if anyone knows how despicable the tactics can be, it is Hillary Clinton (Dana Perino and others on Fox sometime last week). Sarah Palin – she knows only too well.

and Billie Jo!! Great to see you too – have ‘seen’ you out there in cyber space and remember reading somewhere that you son has been listening to his Mom’s point of view – there is hope :>) Yes, real crappy choices, but four more years? We just cannot let that happen – cannot forgive for the way they treated Hillary – there is still so much Koolaid out there – I cannot fathom. Sometimes I think I am living in a parallel universe when I hear the Dems spouting bald faced lies – became an Independent and it feels more comfortable. Hillary alone will not do it for me any more – hope she will be able to cast off some of the sleazy folk in the Dem party who were such traitors four years ago and whose actions over the last few years forced me to turn my back on the party. Do you guys think she could clean it up? Hey Ho

I saw this ad on Fox new yesterday. It caught me by surprise so I cannot tell you the exact details or 800 number or who put it out.
The ad was trying to gather 10,000 signatures per constituent (I think) to throw out Obama and elect another Democrat. It gave a 800 number.
I was too stunned trying to do the math to see the possibility or reality of getting enough signatures to copy the number down. I have not seen the ad since then. I wonder if anyone has seen it.

Trump never seems to slink quietly into the night.
I hate Newmax but…

Gibbs Calls Trump ‘Right-Wing Nut Job’

During an interview on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace, Robert Gibbs slammed Donald Trump and cited him as an example of bad behavior on the part of Mitt Romney’s campaign.

Wallace had asked Gibbs, Obama’s senior campaign adviser and former press secretary, about Romney’s description of the Obama campaign’s tactics as being built on “division and anger and hate.”

“I’m not going to be lectured by Mitt Romney or anybody on the Romney campaign about the tone of this campaign,” Gibbs began. “This is a guy who’s… auctioning off dinners with the birther in chief, right-wing nut job Donald Trump, who still questions whether or not the president was born in the United States of America.

“I’m happy to listen to charges and counter-charges,” Gibbs added. “But the notion that we’re going to get lectured by Mitt Romney and his campaign about running a positive campaign, that’s a pill far too big to swallow.”

Trump responded late Sunday to Gibbs.

“I was a great student at a great school, Wharton School of Finance,” Trump told Newsmax late Sunday night. “I built a net worth in excess of $8 billion, built a tremendous company and have employed tens of thousands of people. I hardly see where I qualify under his definition.”

“The Obama representatives like Robert Gibbs attack people viciously, but people like me will not be silent and will answer them back,” Trump said. “It is a shame that they are so vicious and hateful — and that is why the country is so terribly divided.

Well, the FEC Reports are out, showing BO’s Boise lying again. Are these people pathological or are they really too stone stupid to do the math? The total Obama for America and Obama Victory Fund Receipts were $68.9 million. You have to double count the Obama Victory Fund transfer to get over $75 million as the campaign had claimed earlier this month for July.

OFA http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/dcdev/forms/C00431445/806136/#DETAILED
Line 17.e Total Contributions $39,366,275.82

The $9,300,000 is from the OVF http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/dcdev/forms/C00494740/805999/sb/22

So, to count their receipts towards the total, the transfer is discounted.

OVF http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/dcdev/forms/C00494740/805999/#DETAILED
Line 11.d Total Contributions $30,418,128.28

That’s $39,366,275.82 + $30,418,128.28, not $75 million

Is it any wonder the country is in economic trouble?

The FEC has been dogging them on the overlimit funds and other irregularities and they just can’t seem to get their books balanced.

Obama, of course, was not my first choice for president. Like most of you I was a fierce supporter of Hilary Clinton. But folks it is time to move on. Hilary Clinton is an outstanding Secretary of State having won over many naysayers. I believe she is the greatest Secretary of State since Henry Kissinger. But you know in your heart of hearts that Hilary will never run for the Presidency again. She will join Bill Clinton in working for the betterment of humanity. The out standing work she is doing is exhausting and she needs a long rest.

In addition I have a difficulty in understanding the language of hatred against our President expressed here. People that I highly respected in the past using such strong language to express their hatred for a sitting President leave me speechless. When President Kennedy was assassinated I remember well one of our foreign diplomats saying, he wasn’t one of our political party, but he was OUR President.

I will always love and respect Hillary and her husband Bill Clinton, but I know that it is time to move on and I know Hillary would concur.

If you prefer the unknown, untested Romney, by all means, vote for him.

40

DancesWithPumas 08.31.12 at 4:02 pm

lilibet,
Thank you for your concern troll comment.
In case you haven’t noticed, this is an Anyone But Obama blog.

“If you prefer the unknown, untested Romney, by all means, vote for him.”

This statement is absolutely ludicrous, most especially after 12 years of Bush and now Obama. I am by no means a Romney supporter but I do have a tendency to call out bullshit when I see it. Romney happens to have a resume that is bulkier than Bush’s and Obama’s combined. You know, the one that Bill Clinton referred to as “stellar”.

PUMAs on this blog, and elsewhere, seem to be dealing with the realities at hand. While wishful thinking about Hillary being drafted to run, or running in 2016, does find expression and support here, that doesn’t mean the other possibilities aren’t being considered. Moreover, there is nothing wrong with “wishful thinking”. In some arenas it’s called “positive affirmation”, in others it’s called “prayer”. Call it what you will, it is not discouraged here.

PS
“In addition I have a difficulty in understanding the language of hatred against our President expressed here. People that I highly respected in the past using such strong language to express their hatred for a sitting President leave me speechless.”

Respect is earned. From day one of the primaries through to the present, Teh Once has yet to earn out respect.
