‘NObama’ Say Hillary Clinton Voters
Scott Conroy reports that Mitt Romney sees opportunity and a chance to win in Pennsylvania. A Republican winning Pennsylvania is supposed to be “unpossible” according to the Ralph Wiggums’ of Big Media. But maybe not.
The “maybe not” might be due to Hillary Clinton voters. Why Hillary Clinton voters?:
“For a striking number of Democrats, May 31, 2008, is a day that lives in infamy. It marked the moment that the national party’s rules committee dealt a deathblow to Hillary Clinton’s bid to win the presidential nomination over Barack Obama.
The committee, weighted with Obama loyalists, issued a unanimous decision amid whispered back-door deals.
The date “will not be forgotten,” according to Gayle Allegro, a Democrat from Pine Island, Fla. – which is why Allegro was frosted by last week’s announcement that Bill Clinton will be the keynote speaker at the Democrats’ national convention next month.
“If Obama and his crew think that having Bill Clinton give a speech is going to sway all the Democrats that left the party in 2010 or just slipped into the shadows, they are mistaken,” she said.
“Do they really think we are that stupid, that we don’t see what is going on?”
::::snip:::::
“Further behind the eight-ball” is a polite way of putting it. Even the New York Times noticed Obama’s shrinking coffers. If this keeps up it’s not only his coffers that will continue to shrink. Don’t expect Hillary Clinton voters to come to the rescue.”

HP,
I have still not made my mind up about Willard, but I will be voting. If I cannot vote for Willard, Jill has my vote.

I’m certainly not voting for President Obama. I think the Dem party needs a time out after what they did in 2008, especially May 31, 2008. They need to take about four years off and think about what they stand for, how they’re going to treat people.
Obama’s policies have also been awful for our family. We had a thriving small business, health insurance, a retirement, and the last kid was getting ready to finish school and move out. That’s all gone now, our medical insurance, our retirement, we had to lay off all our employees. To make things worse, our son lost his job and had to come home and my mother lost her house and had to move in with us. So basically we cut our income in half, gained two new dependents, and we’ll have to keep working until we die. The really fun part is the loophole we’re in over Obamacare. We’re too wealthy to qualify for medicaid and yet no longer able to afford the 2700 a month in premiums we used to pay for insurance. We’re going to have to pay fines for being uninsured and hope that we don’t get sick. Thanks for helping, President Obama.

good evening my PUMA family ! I haven’t forgotten that day ! and I will vote for Romney in 2012 ! I will never forget that day when the big circus happened, and when so many “Democrats” stayed still while Hillary was stolen the nomination. We won’t stop until we correct this mistake. I hope that people who voted for this total failure have learned their lesson.
oscarp 08.07.12 at 6:36 pm
on another note, I believe that voting for Jill Stein might be a vote for Obama, so we should be careful with what we do. All votes count, and if we take votes from Romney, we might be helping Obama without wanting to do it ! Just my humble opinion !

H44 has a link to an interesting article on Hot Air about BO’s Campaign Finances http://hotair.com/archives/2012/08/06/team-obama-raises-75-million-in-july/
I do not know where Hot Air and BO are getting those campaign finance numbers but the FEC reports do not match (as usual). Obama for America got $45.9 million in contributions including $17.2 million transferred form the Obama Victory Fund 2012 . The Obama Victory Fund 2012 took in $36.1 million. What other fund do they have? Me thinks the Bobots are double counting. 45.9 – 17.2 + 36.1 = 54.8
Obama for America:
$45.9 Million, Line 20 Total Receipts
$17.2 Million, Line 18 Transfers from other Committees

Wonderful picture of Hillary! It’s great to see and article that speaks for me.
Headclunker 08.07.12 at 8:34 pm
Regarding Post #7 and #9 – That Hot Air Article also says BO collected $71 Million, so the campaign is double counting the transfers.

The picture of Hillary Clinton above always open new wounds each time.
I so look forward to the day we “take back” the Presidency from the fraud.
He did not deserve even one day at the White House. It would be so sweet to see him ousted after 4 years – what a statement that would make! I would go into the voting booth, check off Romney’s name and say “Vindication for Hillary Clinton”. I hope no one forgets what could have been in 2008 !
freddiebrown 08.07.12 at 9:53 pm
Yttik – Sorry to hear about the situation you’re in now. It sounds like a trickle down effect for you.
We just finished our business in NY today. It is very clear that the economy shows very little signs of a recovery as indicated by a lot of buyers who were also very hesitant about buying. No one I spoke to had high hopes of things turning around anytime soon.
yttik 08.07.12 at 9:56 pm
“I hope no one forgets what could have been in 2008!”
You mean like peace and prosperity?? Bill Clinton said she was ten times smarter than him and even more talented in government. Let’s see, I’d have healthcare now, real healthcare, because Hillary worked on it as first lady and she has the hands on experience and policy wonkiness to make it happen. Bill Clinton was also good for small business and the economy, probably because he listened to Hillary. He created the home office deduction, expanded the earned income credit, created support enforcement, daycare grants, and expanded the small business administration to grant loans to women and minorities. The economy thrived and the national debt declined. Unemployment plunged. Gas was 1.05 a gallon.
But that doesn’t even begin to cover what was lost in 2008. Actually, what was stolen in 2008. I’ll never forget.
foxyladi14 08.08.12 at 3:43 pm
I am giving Mitt a chance this time.and next time it has ti be Hillary.
foxyladi14 08.08.12 at 3:48 pm
BO has to go!!!!!
Obama’s entire campaign strategy has not changed since he ran for Senate – it is to destroy people’s character no matter who it affects. In Romney’s case they are completely fabricating things by calling him a Felon, a Tax Cheat, a Rascist, and now a Murderer. Obama is not a leader. he’s a totalitarian scumbag
He is bent on destroying our beloved America. :shockL

“voting for Jill Stein might be a vote for Obama, so we should be careful with what we do.”
=======================
It’s the same situation as in 2008. Vote for McCain, or write in Hillary, or stay home? Voting for the Republican is twice as effective in defeating Obama, but writing in or staying home (or voting for Stein) is SOMEWHAT EFFECTIVE as it does take way from Obama’s total. So a Stein vote is not a total waste.
I’m planning to vote for some Green candidate (hope Stein is the nominee) unless the race looks VERY CLOSE in my state. If possible, I want to send a clear message that this is a LIBERAL vote in protest of Obama.
theamericanway 08.08.12 at 5:39 pm
There were so so many bad days beginning early in 2008. I’m definitely bitter enough to document all that I can find. Not that Murphy, DWP and so many others here haven’t already done just that. But I wanted links associated with the media that spawned this creep. Here’s one from early on. January. Kerry endorsed in first half of that month. Three Kennedies endorsed later in Jan – around the same time as this:

Bubba: Obama Is Just Like Jesse Jackson – ABC
Said Bill Clinton today in Columbia, SC: “Jesse Jackson won South Carolina in ’84 and ’88. Jackson ran a good campaign. And Obama ran a good campaign here.”
This was in response to a question from ABC News’ David Wright about it taking “two Clintons to beat” Obama. Jackson had not been mentioned.
Boy, I can’t understand why anyone would think the Clintons are running a race-baiting campaign to paint Obama as “the black candidate.”

I won’t survive another four years. I’m treading as fast as I can with a dozen people clinging for dear life. I’ve taken to wearing a feather in the hole in my sneaker trying to add jaunty to this Obama depression.
freddiebrown 08.08.12 at 6:48 pm
Just thinking of another 4 years is absolutely too depressing. We can analyze all we want about how our vote may or may not ensure another 4 Obama years but ultimately, I hope that there are more anti-Obama folks that will turn up to vote against him. Never mind what party they are from.
From my own standpoint, it has been tough business wise in the last two years. A lot of our customers have closed shop across the country. Many are just trying to hang in there. It is very depressing to often hear the leader of the free world (as if) constantly belittle success and business. I am not saying that is the cause of a lack luster economy. There is no support, only road blocks. I remember under Bill Clinton, it was such an exciting robust time – even with the dot com bust – there was newness and people wanted to test new frontiers and do things that have never been done before.
prplvette85 08.08.12 at 8:59 pm
No Howard we are not coming back not evah. I am in the same situation as last election. Have to vote Romney or it will count for the fraud. In the words of the late great Amy Winehouse… they want to send me to rehab and I say NO NO NO!!!!
freddiebrown 08.08.12 at 11:38 pm
I was wondering what foxyladi14 was saying above(#18) about Mitt Romney being accused of murder. I am thinking my hotel in NY, exercised censorship because we could get all news stations, except Fox news so I had no clue about this murder accusation.
I finally watched it and it appears that this guy who has been in another Romney attack ad, about something else – is now on his second attack ad, saying Romney’s company killed his wife because she did not have health insurance from Bain. It seems she died 5 years after Romney left Bain and she doesn’t even work for Bain and has her own insurance from the company she works for so how did Romney kill her? But hey, who cares about the little details or mis-speaks,eh? Fox news recognized the guy who had appeared in a previous Super Pac attack
It is so disgusting. I wish Romney really had something for the Obama camp to go after so that they don’t look like they’re dishing unfounded slime weekly. I wish they would all talk about issues that we cared about instead of another made up issue, and the other side calling for an apology.
prplvette85 08.09.12 at 9:31 am
Freddie I agree it is a new low for the faker in chief. They are so desperate they will use any tactic. If he had any class he would come out against that ad, but we all know he is a classless act. Between this and the pandering to women about free birth control as if that is our only concern I just want to puke. This campaign is like the “limbo dance” how low can you go. Apparently, Obama can get really low down, he is pond scum.

BO has been conducting such a crap campaign against Willard that he is actually convincing me to vote Republican again. Really, Tax Retuns and Swiss Bank Accounts? With all BO’s fraud, depravity, incompetence and corruption, it is absolutely laughable.
We could have had Hillary.
freddiebrown 08.09.12 at 9:22 pm
Headclunker… yes, we could have had Hillary.
The BO is running such a shameful campaign – I have never seen any one so desperate as to trump up such charges against another Presidential nominee. His minions are doing a lot of his dirty work while he refuses to apologize on their behalf or call off the dogs.
It is 2008 all over again.
freddiebrown 08.10.12 at 4:29 pm
OK – this is an extract from a CNN.com article.. I thought it was very noble of CNN to say that they thought Obama’s ad about Romney causing the woman’s death was not accurate. But of course, Obama is still refusing to apologize.
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/
*******
The Romney camp is trying to course-correct not just with where the candidate goes, but what he says. It’s a two-pronged approach: streamline his economic message and reclaim the idea of Romney-the-businessman as a positive, not a negative. .. And try to shred the president’s calling card: his credibility and character…. like with this brand new ad slamming the president for a pro-Obama super PAC commercial blaming Romney for a woman’s death – an ad CNN found was not accurate.”
stoney42 08.10.12 at 7:17 pm
Freddie # 30
I feel all of this is being used as a distraction from the fact that obama has been a total failure. Where are the jobs?
freddiebrown 08.10.12 at 9:26 pm
Yes,Where are the jobs???
I am really bummed to hear that all news and polls are saying Obama is ahead of Romney. They all attribute it to the effectiveness of the negative ads coming from the Obama administration. I guess, if they can’t pin adultry on Romney, they are going to pin tax fraud, murder, jobs traitor etc on him. And it is sticking.
Headclunker 08.11.12 at 10:17 am
Paul Ryan, gak. I guess Willard has to please the right-wingnuts. Ryan speaks of restoring equal opportunity but the “for white men” is implied by omission “for all”. Gak, gak and double gak. I hope the tough decisions he says they are going to make does not involve sacrificing civil rights, environmental protections, health and education. We have a wingnut governor in Florida who got elected behind tough talk and is now basically telling Floridians to just go die. Health, education, environmental protection have gone down the crapper. His disregard for other human beings is astounding.
freddiebrown 08.11.12 at 10:32 am
Headclunker – don’t worry. The way things are going, Obama will be re-elected. He is the uniter, the transparent messiah with all the great messages that everyone can embrace.
