What is a simian line? Well, it’s a combination of the head and heart lines on one’s palm(s), one long line across the palm. To have it on one hand is rare… about 15 - 20% of the world’s population. To have it on both hands, is in less than 10% of the population. It is rarer in women. A recent study showed that a large population of people with down syndrome, autism and other health issues have been found with simian lines. However many people with simian palms are "normal". So of course my family is worried about the "health issues" and will await further testing. Downs Syndrome and FAS have been eliminated. BUT the Dr. in an effort to calm the family fears says "Hillary Clinton has a simian line and so does "Tony Blair". Since I haven't never heard of this simian line I did some research and found some confusing as well as interesting stuff. Without the health issues in palmistry its the joining of the heart and head line this implies a person who has difficulty distinguishing between thoughts and feelings, it means intensity and the ability to put heart and mind into anything.
