Wow. I enjoyed how many powerful women there were in the tale, especially by the last book. I've already cast several characters that don't appear in book 1. Yes, I was totally engrossed by the books. they hit terrifyingly close to home if you imagine the spoiled capitol district as the USA and the poor districts as the countries where we are now seeing revolution. by the way has anyone here read the Hunger Games series? I was at the gym and noticed that they only have CNN on all their TV's. About 2 rows of 6 TV's - total of 12 TV's. There were 3 TV's all next to each other, all tuned to CNN - in total about 5 TV's showing CNN. I went to speak to the manager to ask him why no Fox news. He tried to give me this, "we can't get into the politics". I said, I watch CNN and Fox, equally so don't censor me because of your opinions... He got it changed within the hour as I was quite ticked. I believe in NOT being close minded to all news media no matter their bias, except MSNBC and a few other news stations that just rile me.
