I’m sure this has been brought up already (actually, no news outlets or pundits HAVE brought it up yet, weird huh? It’s almost as if the So Called Free Press (SCFP) doesn’t want to draw attention to their participation in the greatest swindle of the electorate yet undertaken by the Powers That Be with the enthusiastic help of the SCFP), but I digress. Have you noticed that Scott Brown highlights the utter absurdity of the obama presidency? Remember, Barack Obama was elected to the Illinois state senate in 1996. He served for eight years, and resigned in 2004 when he was elected to the United States Senate in 2004 in a stunning election. He was seated as a Senator in January of 2005.
Only one short year later he was being set up as our next president by the powers that be, or somebody: the millions of dollars he raised back then didn’t come from nowhere. At the end of 2006 (that’s 2006, People — a full TWO YEARS before the campaigning really began) obama had raised a truly stunning $12 million dollars – and two years later he was sworn in as the 44th president. (Obama would go on to rake in a truly unbelievable (as in we truly don’t believe he did it honestly) three-quarters of a BILLION dollars.)
Scott Brown served in the Massachusetts senate from 2004 until 2010, six years — just shy of obama’s eight years in state politics. But when you consider Brown served as a State Rep from 1998 to 2004, he gets six more years, which means Brown actually has a bit more experience as a legislator than obama did. Just three days ago the country watched in astonishment as Brown upset the Democratic apple cart that is Massachusetts politics. Brown will have served in the US Senate about one and a half years when the campaign for the 2012 presidential election begins in earnest.
Does anyone believe there aren’t kingmakers in the Repeublican party who will try to position Brown to “take a two by four to Hillary Clinton Sarah Palin” to get her out of the race? Just like Ted Kennedy did for obama? Already the pundits are saying “Brown IS Sarah Palin, only better.”
If ANYONE had trouble understanding why we Pumas believed obama was preposterously unprepared to be President after only a year or so in the United States Senate, just picture for a moment the prospect of President Brown.
