In my experience with the American press and the culture in general, all men are always the victim, no matter what outragious thing they do. Just look at Obama and his campaign.
I said for many, many years that it is legal to murder your wife in America. I don’t think it is quite as easy for men to murder women as it used to be, but it’s still bad. How about the famous case where the husband was acquitted because he claimed his wife spent too much money (at least that’s how the press reported it). Islamic men are just acting more horrifically than other men and using their religion to justify the horrors they do.

Encouraging “non-violent” actions like a sit-in protest is not a bad thing. However it is not a great distance to go for it to become violent. Also if protesters of any group interfer with the operations of a business, the police can remove them.
Gore really needs to think about what he is encouraging and phrase things more carefully and specifically.
We can’t stop freedom of speech for one group and be able to keep it for other groups.

Caldwell said the action occurred as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of theft and embezzlement.

Most illegals are here because of the poverty in their own country. Allow them to access low cost medical care and the amount of illegals will at least double. Under the table work, free schooling for their kids and medical care? How many will risk the possibility of a little jail time?

FLBarbara I have only been to NY once…. It was two years ago…. A friend of mine who lives on Park ave and she was doing a expo at the Fashion Institute on Fragrence and Fashion from the 1900’s to 1950’s… I think it was called the ‘FIP Institute’… Anyway, I flew out on Jet Blue arrived that AM for two days… I was amazed when I arrived that I purchased tickets on Broadway for Color Purple and Spamalot and had front row seats …. 
here in Ca I would have had to book my tickets a year in advance…. I bought great t-shirts and would love to return to see more beside a guided tour…. 
But, I must say… Seeing my friends Multi-Million apartment…. I would not trade my home in Ca for it…. I love the spaciousness and openess and having all of my wonderful 3 legged and 4 legged companions that I am forever grateful for… Oh, and the Koi too….

You, know when I arrived in NY the hotel was not what I requested ( a mix up on the name).. It was near a college… What a horrible night.. so, I called my membership and told them get me a room near park ave… Well, 10 minutes later I have Reservations at the Michael Angelo Hotel… Rooms were starting at $850.00 per night and up… Well, I got a suit… Beautiful for 275.00 a night… that suit rate was 1200.00 per night… So, I was very happy…

I want to come back to NY at a different time of year… Sooooo many people were there for New Years… museums and everything were too crowded… didn’t get to do the carriage around central park because the line was huge and it was so cold.
Went to MOMA and you literally were in a line that wound around each exhibit… I really wanted to take more time with the Egyptian exhibits.
I didn’t do the ball drop on the square, I did watch from the hotel and confetti flew in the hotel windows… very fun… Hubby and my best friend snuck down to Time Square about 5 min before the ball dropped and cops let them watch it with them, so they didn’t have to stand in the blocked off areas all day. Some people had been in those area’s from 6 AM that morning.

She is very very specfic about precisedly what can be done to women and children re death..rape…sex with children and other items. Washington (CNN) — Anti-abortion Democrats will be allowed to offer an amendment during the House health care debate Saturday that would ban most abortion coverage from the public option and other insurance providers in the new so-called “exchange” the legislation would create, three Democratic sources told CNN.

I am standing on a pier in NYC looking at the USS New York a beautiful ship made of the steel from the world trade center by the city of New Orleans.

As we mourn the lives lost among the steel, celebrate the heroes who once walked among us, let us also remember that today in Ft Hood Texas there are more families gathering to do the same, and until we recognize that those who seek to destroy us for no other reason than a prophet some 4,000 years ago declared jihad on those who stand along side of me and those who stand in Texas we will continue to gather and we will continue to mourn.
Terrorists did this. Hatred did this. Islam did this.
