Yes…my first for real Autumn in New England was beyond beyond…I was in New Hampshire in Nashua…set in woods…Every morning I literally would run outside as soon as the sun came up to see how things had changed since the day before and did this for as many days as changes came…focusing on specific trees to track and the overall effect. Late last week, an early Reuters wire story, supposedly based on CDC info, explicitly stated the virus had *not* actually been found in pigs anywhere, much less led to any illness or death in pigs or any human near pigs. The lack of connection to pigs was very noticeable in those reports, even and especially since the name of “swine flu” was being used. Another contradiction was the CDC’s statement that the virus was a new mix of human + swine + bird DNA– all three, not just one.

US slams Russian moves to block meat imports

MOSCOW – Russia widened a ban Tuesday on meat imports from Mexico and some U.S. states, prompting objections from the United States, which noted that eating meat has nothing to do with getting swine flu.

Rosselkhodnadzor, Russia’s veterinary watchdog, added New York and Ohio to the list of U.S. states barred from exporting meat into Russia. Earlier, Russia banned meat products from Mexico and three U.S. states _ Texas, Kansas and California _ as the number of swine flu cases escalated and crossed international borders.

But the U.S. slammed the ban, stating that the disease was not spread through meat products.

The World Health Organization has said the virus does not spread through eating infected pork.

Under international trade laws, countries are allowed to block imports on health and safety grounds if there is scientific evidence of potential risks.

Murphy – I finally had time to check out the blog.
Reading your post, If it was as easy as paying off the Super Delegates, I would have given my all to raise that money, sold my car, my house, my soul… my country sold out for that little bit of money ? I cannot accept that because if it was only that, I would have raised that money on my own. But I am sure it is more than an issue of Super Delegates being able to swing the votes.. who knows.

On Specter switching teams… he was the one who said the primary was unconstitutional when the DNC threw out the votes of FL & MI. He said that congress should act quickly on the matter, and then he did not push the issue further… perhaps struck a deal instead?
