All of the following are related to each other:
Had a distasteful comment last night from a troll saying that the news that the maniac in Pittsburgh was a white-supremacist, misogynistic, violent, uneducated barbarian somehow reminded him of Puma PAC.
Yeah, right Mr. Blue Eyes (kind of a storm-fronty username, no?), a website and political action center that champions the rights of lesbians, victims of man-attacks, and fights women-lynching, sexism and misogyny in the media and voter suppression in the democratic party has LOTS in common with right-wing dimwits who believe 9/11 was an inside job and that Jews secretly run the world.
Zoinks! The reading comprehension level of boys and young men in the U.S. has REALLY gone downhill. No wonder American girls are total ass-kickingly dominating their ritalin-addled, coddled, fat butt brothers. The gender gap in college is now 58% girls to 42% boys. That’s HUGE. The gap is so wide now that colleges are forced to give affirmative action to boy applicants in order to maintain even a semblance of parity in their undergraduate student bodies. (Raise your hand if you think white dudes are going to start screaming “reverse discrimination!!” in defense of their (smarter, more focused, and better prepared) sisters and daughters.)
And speaking of girls vs. boys, here’s an interesting statistic. Guess how much fatter the average American man is today than he was in 1970? About 20lbs heavier. Women, on the other hand, have stayed almost exactly the same since at least 1907. The average adult woman in this country is 161 lbs., the average man is 191 lbs. 40 years ago he was a lithe 174 lbs. Fatsos. (hint to the social scientist geniuses: perhaps middle aged women’s supposed lack of interest in sex has a LOT to do with how fat and ugly their husbands have become. Nah! Couldnt be THAT, right? Women only care about LOVE when it comes to sex . . .)
The diet/fitness/nutrition/plastic surgery racket in this country is a SCAM. Throw away your bathroom scale and turn off the TV — it’s all a lie.
And Taggles linked to this tragic story about China. First they abort the female fetuses because of boy-child-worship in their primitive culture, then they end up with WAAY more boys/men than girls/women in the country. Which leads to:
- Girls being kidnapped and forced into marriage by families with power.
- Girls being kidnapped and sold into prostitution to “service” the excess young men who can’t find wives.
- Little boys being kidnapped and sold to families who have no sons.
There are 119 boys for every 100 girls in China. That’s a HUGE imbalance. In the United States it’s 105 boys for 100 girls.
And everyone’s talking about this QUIZ where you find out whether you’re more female or more male. Try it, it’s fun!
Oh, and North Korea launched a missile; there have been eight mass killings by men in the United States in the past few months; and the burning, beating, and terrorizing of women in the Muslim world continues unabated.
Remind me again about how KRAZY and MANIACAL women get when they are pre-menstrual; how they let their “emotions” rule their actions and they snap — blowing innocent people’s brains out, kidnapping and raping little boys, and starting wars. What? Women DON’T do these things? But what about PMS? I heard that was some powerful, ugly mojo.
Testosterone is a powerfully damaging force. It’s true that 90% of men are able to (mostly) control it during their lives and don’t ever kill anyone. But the difference is that 99% of women repress whatever capacity for physical violence they have. In statistics, 9% is a very big number and a very big difference.
It’s time we started treating violence for what it is: a pandemic that only affects men and puts ALL of us in mortal danger.

Just taking into account the Females who took this quiz, your choices are the same as 42% of the Females!
If instead we compare you to the Males who took this quiz, your choices are the same as 48% of the Males!
Wow! Did you know that apparently you are much more like our Males than Females in most of your choices?
Must be the Beer, Sharks and Showers. LOL!

I remember reading a long time ago that in wartime, more boys than girls are born. I just googled it and find that there seems to be a difference in these non-wars we’re now having:

Tell me again who the media want you to believe is the ‘party of the rich’?
We know about opensecrets.
Let’s look at some on Barak O’Chavez’s cabinet. You know, the same people that say in the public that Wall Street is evil and it needs to be taken over by them, but behind the scenes…
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123879462053487927.html
- Top White House economic adviser Lawrence Summers received about $5.2 million over the past year in compensation from hedge fund D.E. Shaw, and also received hundreds of thousands of dollars in speaking fees from major financial institutions.
A financial disclosure form released by the White House Friday afternoon shows that Mr. Summers made frequent appearances before Wall Street firms including J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. He also received significant income from Harvard University and from investments, the form shows.
- David Axelrod, the president’s top political advisor, reported in his form that he will get $3 million over the next five years from the sale of his two media consulting firms, ASK Public Strategies, LLC and AKP&D Message and Media. In addition, Mr. Axelrod took a salary of $896,776 last year from AKP&D and reported $651,914 in partnership income from the two companies.
In total, Mr. Axelrod reported assets valued between $6.9 million and $9.5 million. Mr. Axelrod’s clients were mostly political campaigns, including those of Rep. Patrick Kennedy, New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, and Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley. He also reported receiving money from large corporations such as AT&T Inc., Comcast Corp. and the nuclear energy company Exelon Corp.
- National Security Adviser James Jones reported $900,000 in salary and bonus from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as well as director fees from a number of corporations. He received, for example, $330,000 from Boeing Corp. and $290,000 from Chevron Corp.
- Gregory Craig, White House Counsel, reported receiving a salary of $1.7 million last year from Williams & Connolly, the high-powered Washington law firm where he had been a partner since 1999.
- White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers collected a $350,000 salary from Allstate Financial as president of the social networking division, as well as $150,000 in board fees from Equity Residential, a real estate investment trust in which she also holds at least $250,000 in stock. She also collected $20,000 in board fees from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Other assets reported in her checking account, stock investments, and mutual funds total at least $2 million.
- Valerie Jarrett, assistant to the president for intergovernmental affairs, lists a $300,000 salary and $550,000 in deferred compensation from The Habitat Executive Services, Inc., in Chicago.
Ms. Jarrett also disclosed payments of more than $346,000 for service on boards of directors that reflect her political ties, and work in Chicago real estate and community development.
She was paid $76,000 last year for service as a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc. a Chicago-based global consulting group with governmental clients. She received $146,600 for service on the board of USG Corporation, a building materials manufacturer, and $58,000 to serve on the board of Rreef American REIT II, a real estate investment trust based in San Francisco. The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc., paid her $34,444 to serve on its board.
- Deputy National Security Advisor Tom Donilon earned $3.9 million as a partner at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where his clients include Citigroup, Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Obama fundraiser and heiress Penny Pritzker.
- Carol Browner, assistant to the president for energy and climate change, disclosed earnings of between $1 million and $5 million from lobbying firm Downey McGrath Group, Inc., where her husband, Thomas Downey, is a principal. She states $450,000 in “member distribution” income, plus retirement and other benefits from The Albright Group, a lobbying firm whose principals include former Secretary of State Madeline Albright.

What has everyone been saying about Bush and the Patriot Act? Anyone?
New bill would grant Obama unprecedented cyber-security powers.
Lets see he has taken over the banks, the car companies, he’s working on the energy sector, he is working on taking over the health industry, and now he wants the internet. To plant with his people.
http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Security/Bill-Grants-President-Unprecedented-Cyber-Security-Powers-504520/
The Cybersecurity Act of 2009 introduced in the Senate would allow the president to shut down private Internet networks. The legislation also calls for the government to have the authority to demand security data from private networks without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule or policy restricting such access.
The headlines were all about creating a national cyber-security czar reporting directly to the president, but the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 introduced April 1 in the U.S. Senate would also give the president unprecedented authority over private-sector Internet services, applications and software.
According to the bill’s language, the president would have broad authority to designate various private networks as a “critical infrastructure system or network” and, with no other review, “may declare a cyber-security emergency and order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic to and from” the designated the private-sector system or network.
The 51-page bill does not define what private sector networks would be considered critical to the nation’s security, but the Center for Democracy and Technology fears it could include communications networks in addition to the more traditional security concerns over the financial and transportation networks and the electrical grid.

I will be happier when MEN understand the true nature of women.
That will happen the day women accept the true nature of men and stop trying to change them into women.
Regarding the theme of the post, society needs to stop drugging boys for being boys.
And while men are more violent than women, women do have a part in society’s woes. Seventy-five percent of men in prisons have no fathers. You cannot blame that all on the men. Boys need their fathers.
Out-of-wedlock births is a huge burden on society in every possible aspect. There is a cost to ‘sexual freedom’ and it is enormous.
No matter how hard you try, you can not get away from physiology/biology.
hillstheone 04.05.09 at 2:47 pm
Headline comment: this one says “Fed indictment alleges new heights of corruption,” which describes the story fairly well. However, in yesterday’s NY Times I think the same story headline read “Web widens in Fed indictment,” thought that was odd…
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5iUGfqZ20EDMMrpprQv0pkbvxWb3wD97BOO280
Fed indictment alleges new heights of corruption
“If the allegations are true, it is the epitome of hypocrisy. It’s very sad,” said Brad McMillan, a member of the Illinois Reform Commission appointed by the state’s new governor.
“He ran on a platform to clean up Illinois government, and at the time he’s making those speeches he’s engaging in the same kind of unethical behavior he was condemning,” said McMillan, head of Bradley University’s Institute for Principled Leadership in Public Service.
Blagojevich, 52, was arrested in December on a host of charges, including the allegation he schemed to auction off the appointment to Barack Obama’s U.S. Senate seat. He was impeached and booted out of office in January, a first in the long history of Illinois corruption.
By one count, Illinois has seen 1,000 public-corruption convictions since 1970. Five former Illinois governors have been prosecuted during the past 44 years.

The rag Times-Picayune today pasted in a two inch notice from the Associated Press next to a huge ad for whatelse..more smaller and better(?) cell phones …assuring “great” coverage to the following item about YOUR…OUR…MONEY…
(Page A-18)
“Price of bailout up, estimate finds”
Washington–Bailing out the financial sector will cost taxpayers $167 BILLION (my emphasis) more than orgiinally anticipated according to a Congressional Budget Office estimate.
The original figure in January was $189 billion but it is now
$356 BILLION (me again!) –$152 billion more for 2009 and $15 more next year the CBO states in its March report updating the budget and economic outlook.
The CBO raised its projection because yields have increased. on securities issued by the bailed-out financial institutions under the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program.

“Seventy-five percent of men in prisons have no fathers. You cannot blame that all on the men. Boys need their fathers.”
Wow, when I watch an interview or show about a serial killer (majority male) and I hear them say, “Grandma said she would cut off my penis if I wet the bed” or “My mom had sex with men in front of me” or “My dad abandon me and left me with a whore of a mother”, I normally say “Oh, poor thing”.
If such as this was the reasoning, most of sexually abused or emotionally abused women, which is the vast majority of abuse, would have become serial killers a long time again. I call BS on that one, Pigpaws.

A few more thoughts regarding the theme of this post that a friend pointed out –
1. Flip that around and substitute female in place of male. Misandry is not a made up word.
2. Let’s completely ignore all of the sex-based differences in learning styles between boys and girls, given that the current teaching method favors female brains
3. If it was a dude talking about being disinterested in sex w/ his fat wife, he’d be crucified.
Agreed. As a teacher, I know the second one well. As a mother of a son, he does better with a male teacher or a female one who appreciates and understands the differences.
gay gal 04.05.09 at 3:12 pm
“Agreed.”
No. But if you don’t want to talk about what you brought up anymore, I will hang with that.
NewOrleansPuma 04.05.09 at 3:18 pm
45pigpaws:1. Flip what around? The only problem with placing the women in the jails is that is not who are in the jails…so your friend’s and your flip there is unconnected to reality outside the mind.
Therefore the flip isn’t worth a frazzlin flip because it is not based in reality…outside your friend ‘s and your minds…a la
Descarte: I think therefore I am…unfortunately for him and both of you here…the next part of that thought is also not true in reality…what I think is real…not just inside but outside the brain…Descarte forget that reality does not consist only in what one thinks and one can think anything one wants but by that action does not mean that that thought in anyway enbodies anything outside the brain who thought it.
2. And what might that style entail and why ignore all of the sex based differences if, in fact, you say that the current teaching method favors female brains. If we do what you suggest in the first part of your #2 and “forget” then it does not matter logically what you say in the second part of #2.
(logically!)
3. Really? Guess you haven’t had on the TV for 40 years as I have. Crucified? by whom? And when did that happen?
Glad your son has found male or female paying attention to him…would that more have done that over the years with girls.
NewOrleansPuma 04.05.09 at 3:25 pm
pigpaws: Now as everyone probably knows here ..pigpaws..I can go on all day with you on the logic here…but I suggest as gaygirl that you bring us another of your most often wonderful finds in the world…rather than having me here teach you logic.
Yes..I am intense here…but it is the thought not you with which I am intense. Please do not confuse the two…dear pigpaws …for I appreaciate and have said it often your diligence in research. I simply reject all of this misguided logic.

By the way, on the topic of violence against women, Seattle has had another massacre yesterday, this time the woman/mother is living but her husband shot all the kids then himself.

Well, this is certainly girl vs. the boys:
US watchdog calls for bank executives to be sacked
Elizabeth Warren, chief watchdog of America’s $700bn (£472bn) bank bailout plan, will this week call for the removal of top executives from Citigroup, AIG and other institutions that have received government funds in a damning report that will question the administration’s approach to saving the financial system from collapse.
Warren, a Harvard law professor and chair of the congressional oversight committee monitoring the government’s Troubled Asset Relief Program (Tarp), is also set to call for shareholders in those institutions to be “wiped out”. “It is crucial for these things to happen,” she said. “Japan tried to avoid them and just offered subsidy with little or no consequences for management or equity investors, and this is why Japan suffered a lost decade.” She declined to give more detail but confirmed that she would refer to insurance group AIG, which has received $173bn in bailout money, and banking giant Citigroup, which has had $45bn in funds and more than $316bn of loan guarantees.
Warren also believes there are “dangers inherent” in the approach taken by treasury secretary Tim Geithner, who she says has offered “open-ended subsidies” to some of the world’s biggest financial institutions without adequately weighing potential pitfalls. “We want to ensure that the treasury gives the public an alternative approach,” she said, adding that she was worried that banks would not recover while they were being fed subsidies. “When are they going to say, enough?” she said.

Yep. Yet again it’s all the women’s fault that boys don’t have fahers. Yep, all teh men in prison didn’t have the benefit of a father. Let’s overlook all the status and privileges conferred upon boys and men, for no other reason that they were born with weenies.
No one is trying to change men into women…whatever the hell that means. Most are just trying to turn them into human beings.
Also, please cite studies where teaching methods favor girls. And, please don’t overlook the ones that invalidate your statement.

Had houseguests and entertained a family from Spain this weekend (lovely), so sorry for being somewhat AWOL.
I’m still scratching my head for turning out more male than female. . .

Ah Murphy, don’t stress out, the answer may lay in the possibility that you don’t like chocolate and thus chose apple pie and possibility you prefer beer instead of wine… Or some other male female obvious choice. I was surprised they did not ask us to chose between ( blue or pink)

Hmmmm…. so 8 look like supermodels huh? LET ME AT those 8!!! Those “barbie doll” women are ruining it for the other 3 billion of us!!! Those 8, by the way, probably are more “plastic” (and I don’t mean in their wallets, but in their BODIES) than the “birthday suits” they were born with anyway! In that way they are more like the “Barbie Dolls” that they emulate than just in looking like them!

Crap~~58 women showed up today and they still insisted I chair. I did and I was a good girl and only cried twice~~once when a woman talked about her son getting killed and the other was a young native american woman who is scared to death cuz she has just been diagnosed wwith *endo* and may need a hysterectomy.
I needed to lighten my mood after the meeting so I went to see my hairdresser to get my eyebows done ( I can’t see them good enough to do my own anymore) While I was there, (roflamao) a young bodybuilder guy of 28, who had been talking to another woman/hairdresser, started hitting on me. I said, “Sorry, I’m not into men like that”. What was so funny was my hairdresser says, “You’re kidding!! Ya wanna go out to the club with me Wed?”
hahahahaha

I just saw the video of the last sighting of the latest little girl that’s missing. She’s just hopping and skipping along, her little purse over her shoulder. Happy as can be… without a care in the world. It brought tears to my eyes to even try to imagine what may have happened in the next few minutes of her life. I hope there will be a happy ending but we know that hardly ever happens. Heartbreaking.

I like men. Lets not make this a haters website please. I really try to direct people to puampac, but posts like these will just scare people away.
Can we try to get Madame Secretary Hillary Clinton to block Obama’s nomination of Haraold Koh for State Dept. Legal Secretary. This would be a much more constructive use of energy than declaring women better than men.
