Congratulations, you Handsome Devil, You!

“Charney has been subject to five sexual harassment lawsuits, four of which were dismissed or settled out of court while the fifth is still pending. [59][60][61]  He has also admitted that his office features photographs of nude models.[65] In 2004, Claudine Ko of Jane magazine[66] published a controversial essay narrating multiple sexual exchanges that occurred while spending time with Charney.[67][68] The article’s publication brought extensive press to the company and Charney, who later responded that he believed that the acts had been done consensually, in private and outside the article’s bounds.[69][70][71][72] Ko contests this[72] ”

Kat in Your Hat brought to our attention this OFFENSIVE BILLBOARD in NYC that glares down on millions of women.

(Disclaimer: No actual pigs have been harmed in the making of this post or in the awarding of this award. Puma PAC, its members, and affiliated groups have nothing but the utmost respect and fondness for real, live pigs. We fully and freely acknowledge that pigs are, indeed, intelligent and useful animals.)

OMG, I can hardly read the post. This is the funniest, freakiest pig photo I have ever seen. Murphy………where do you find such exact pigs?

The moron pig below is a scumbag and looks like a guy in old movies, someone in a circus. He could have a cane, funny hat and be trying to get people to give him a dime to see the two-headed-man inside the tent.

Wonderful photos of NY KatIYH

(Jan 8, 2008)
from blog “A Little Bad Taste”

“Dov Charney walks around his office in his underwear, sleeps with employees, and calls women bitches, sluts, whores and the c-word – and that’s the stuff he admits to.

In her civil case, which is slated to begin in Los Angeles tomorrow, former employee Mary Nelson charges the eccentric Charney, 39, once had a meeting with her wearing only a fragment of clothing called a “c- – k sock,” invited her to masturbate with him, and then fired her when he learned she planned to meet with a lawyer.

Asked in a deposition whether he’d ever referred to women as “sluts” at work, he said, “In private conversations, where such language was generally welcome.”

Asked whether he considered the word “derogatory,” he said, “There are some of us that love sluts . . . It could be also be an endearing term.”

Asked whether he’d ever used the c-word for female genitalia at work, he said, “Absolutely.”

He also acknowledged traipsing around his company wearing only his American Apparel-made underwear.

“There is no evidence to say that you can’t walk around in your underwear all day anywhere in the United States of America,” he testified.”

Hawaii takes closely watched digital TV plunge (AP)
Posted on Thu Jan 15, 2009 6:09PM EST

HONOLULU – At noon sharp Thursday in Hawaii, a message appeared on analog TV sets across the islands: “All full-power Hawaii TV stations are now digital.”
The state shut down old-fashioned broadcast signals, more than a month before the rest of the country is set to make the now-contentious switch.

Households that need but failed to buy digital converter boxes would miss Thursday night shows like “CSI” or “Grey’s Anatomy.” Others who bought the $50 to $70 converter boxes might still find they lost channels because digital signals won’t necessarily reach all the places hit by analog broadcasts.

Hello, to the rest the rest of you while I am waiting for a reply from Murphy. I have been so busy with the complaintFEC blog that I have not had much time to drop by and say hello. My computer has been churning out so many number it wants to start running on code again

The document from CAlifornia had 100 pages, but that was interesting because I saw names I recognized from Hollywood and in Illinois, as Headclunker has probably told you David Axelrod is on the list.

I was amazed to see how much information the team gathered and how well they put it all together. Hard work that I hope will pay off for reforming catching future election campaigns if not for high-lighting this one. ((((((FECK Team)))))) once again.

catsden 01.15.09 at 7:10 pm

Thanks Murphy, but not my blog this one:

It looks like the Democratic party just might be in trouble. I hope so. I want a new Puma Party. Anyway I found this elsewhere on the internet. It is on Obama File posted today. For those who missed it a couple of days ago I announced that I will never vote for the Dems or Repubs again. They are both too corrupt. I want a new honest Puma Party. I hope you all understand. I am just so fed up and at 65 there is not much time to fix the corruption which simply gets worse. I am also losing my home to the economic mess. A life of hard work and savings going down the drain. begin quote.

Check Mate?

To: Drew68

My eighty-nine year old father practiced law for over 50 years. He was top in his class and clerked for the federal court. When the Gore case went to the SCOTUS he wrote the chapter, paragraph etc. that the court would decide the case on a piece of paper. He also wrote the vote tally and which justices would vote which way…..He gave the paper to a young judge in town and told him to open it when the decision was published……..He was 100% correct. He thinks any one who thinks that the SCOTUS is going to ignore or dismiss this case is delusional. He is much more qualified to judge the case then you are.

The Supreme Court had to wait until now for Berg to have standing. There is no precedence for this case. It is a historical decision and they will do everything they can to get it right. The constitution does not establish who vets the candidate. Part of their decision will determine who, or what will be held responsible in the future, if not now. It could destroy the Democratic Party if they are proved to be part of an intentional fraud. If Obama does not provide the documentation they request, he will be held in contempt, and they WILL obtain it.

Here’s another view of this chess game. It explains how the SCOTUS has Obama in Check Mate.

Both Donofrio’s and Wrotnowski’s cases said the burden lays with the Secretary of State (SoS) not doing their job. There is no law that states that it is their job. So, the SoS would win the case. In Conference, they probably talked about who was responsible to vet the candidate. If it wasn’t the SoS of each state, they did not want to waste valuable court time and not hold Obama accountable. The burden to each SoS to vet each candidate for each office would be prohibitive in both time and expense. You will notice that neither cases were completely released but pending. They can be revisited and opinions may be written on them when a final release is given. Berg’s case, on the other hand, places the burden on the candidate, the party, and the FEC. Berg, however, did not have standing until Congress certified the electoral votes to present his case. He now has standing, as do Keyes and the other California cases.

Great match-up, Murphy! I hope Dances takes care of this one..I have to look at this great big art book I bought today!

Wow – just saw a pic of all those passangers standing on the wings…amazing.

btw, I actually like the boar… the world of wild boars is a matriarchal one. The males have to leave the group when they are a year old, joining again only to mate. the oldest female boar is the leader and the rest of the females rank according to age, oldest to youngest. The females live together year round. The oldest female boars also develop very large thick shoulders, kind of the way some older women get more massive as they get older. They need the thicker shoulders as protection when fighting, which they may have to do more often as they rise in rank.

What a life…live in a matriarchy, be the boss and hunt for truffles!

bqueen: pls see the disclaimer at the bottom of the post.

;-)

20

bqueen 01.15.09 at 7:26 pm

GoPumaGo: I still don’t understand why the SOS’s were not held responsible. They put the candidate’s names on the ballots. They are sworn to uphold the constitution. It’s logical to connect the dots by saying they were negligent by putting forward the names of candidates without demanding proof of their eligibilty.

Long live Hillary!

21

bqueen 01.15.09 at 7:26 pm

Disclaimer: I seen it! ; )

23

kat in your hat 01.15.09 at 7:48 pm

-bqueen: I didn’t know that about boars. I love the matriarchal society of elephants. It’s all mothers and sisters taking care of one another. Actually, there are so many animal groups that are led by females. I guess male boars are solitary, like male elephants and male orangutans, etc.

-whew, I am almost done organizing a million files on computer. I’ve been working at it all day. Something I have been putting off for months.

-Been watching passenger interviews from the crash. It’s wonderful they are all ok. Pilot graduated from US airforce academy and was US airforce pilot–he’s also a senior, so he has had tons of flying experience.

24

catsden 01.15.09 at 7:54 pm

okay, I have added the PUMA oval to this blog

http://complaintstofederalelectioncommittee.wordpress.com

If Dances has nothing else to do (oh she will have me for saying this), she might take out the word blog so that people aren’t confused about how to get here. (I added a link just in case she has the time).

I think about 700 people have looked at the documents so far. If you can copy and paste them into sites you visit that will help the cause. I know Kat can do it because I saw her Blog Awards encouragement in many places. Have a race and see if you can keep up with her. another

25

bqueen 01.15.09 at 7:54 pm

Kat: I didn’t know that about elephants! Yes, the male boars lead lonely lives. They’re alone except for those times they’re allowed to mate.

Congrats on finishing your work! That’s always a good feeling.

Bush is giving his Farewell Address in just a few minutes: 8 EST.

Man, I can’t believe he will be gone. He’s been here for 8 *years*…so long. I hope one day that I will really love my president. I was too young to appreciate Bill Clinton, and Bush wasn’t good. Now I don’t trust/ like/ respect Obama. Kinda sucks.

I’m so happy to hear Bush’s goodbye, yet so sad at what we face in the days ahead. The Teleprompter-powered, America-hating, racist, koolaid coma-inducing, money-grubbing, consummate liar, flip-flopper extraordinaire, sexist pig, media creation, with a resume thinner than a flea’s ass hair is about to assume the office he stole by hook, crook, ACORN and a phony birth cerificate. Ughhhhhhh!

36

bqueen 01.15.09 at 8:25 pm

Aww…I missed the speech and am getting the cspann aftermath…

37

SouthernGAL68 01.15.09 at 8:30 pm

My 2 cents … (not that anyone asked! LOL)

I know that alot of people HATE BUSH, but atleast I FELT SAFE with him in office! I slept well at night knowing that he kept US safe and protected. I also had the comfort of knowing MOST of his buddies were NOT affiliated with some “quasi-terrorist” group.
I am NOT implying that he did NOT make mistakes. He did! I honestly think that by the time Obama gets through with this country …. people will be “begging” for BUSH! Bush will look like a bright ray of “sunshine”!

38

antifish 01.15.09 at 8:33 pm

Maybe this is why Jarrett pulled her name out of contention for BO’s seat and instead took an advisor job that she doesn’t have to be vetted for. Ughhhhh!

Obama Advisor Valerie Jarrett Linked to Real Estate Scandals
Contact:
Press Office 202-646-5188

Washington, DC — November 14, 2008
Jarrett Managed Housing Project Deemed “Uninhabitable”

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has obtained documents linking Valerie Jarrett, an advisor to Barack Obama and the co-chairman of the President-Elect’s transition team, to a series of real estate scandals, including several housing projects operated by convicted felon and Obama fundraiser/friend Antoin “Tony” Rezko.

According to the documents obtained by Judicial Watch from the Illinois Secretary of State, Valerie Jarrett served as a board member for several organizations that provided funding and support for Chicago housing projects operated by real estate developers and Obama financial backers Rezko and Allison Davis. (Davis is also Obama’s former boss.) Jarrett was a member of the Board of Directors for the Woodlawn Preservation and Investment Corporation along with several Davis and Rezko associates, as well as the Fund for Community Redevelopment and Revitalization, an organization that worked with Rezko and Davis.

(According to press reports, housing projects operated by Davis and Rezko have been substandard and beset with code violations. The Chicago Sun Times reported that one Rezko-managed housing project was “riddled with problems — including squalid living conditions…lack of heat, squatters and drug dealers.”)

As Chief Executive Officer of the Habitat Company Jarrett also managed a controversial housing project located in Obama’s former state senate district called Grove Parc Plaza. According to the Boston Globe the housing complex was considered “uninhabitable by unfixed problems, such as collapsed roofs and fire damage…In 2006, federal inspectors graded the condition of the complex an 11 on a 100-point scale — a score so bad the buildings now face demolition.” Ms. Jarrett refused to comment to the Globe on the conditions of the complex.

“Like Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett is a product of the corrupt Chicago political machine. And it is no stretch to say that she was a slumlord,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “We have real concerns about Jarrett’s ethics. Washington already has plenty of corruption. We don’t need to import more of it from Chicago.”

for those of you interested in the eligibility of our next pres, there is a new suit filed in the District Court in D.C. by a man who asked for information from the State Dept and Homeland Security. They did not answer him so he has filed suit asking for the information to be released. He has a different take which has nothing to do with :standing.” I don’t remember the link, but I wrote about it today. Click on my name – in blue – and it will take you to my blog. SouthernGal,

No offense, but I can’t imagine a scenario where I would wish for Bush to come back. He was in way over his head from day one. Unfortunately, it looks as though we are about to experience déjà vu.

42

antifish 01.15.09 at 8:41 pm

Oh, let me order some of those inaugural T-shirts in case we have a toilet paper shortage (or my dogs need to start wearing diapers).

43

kat in your hat 01.15.09 at 8:47 pm

Just watched Bush’s Farewell Address and he briefly covered what has happened during his presidency.

He talked about 9/11 and he talked about how Iraq has gone from a place that stoned women in the street, a place that was a sworn enemy of the USA–to a place in which girls go to school, and a country that is now living in a democracy…and has become our ally. (It *is* mind-boggling)…and he talked about his fight against the AIDS epidemic..and more.

I suddenly had this very nervous feeling after he said good bye and walked away. You know, he talked about how we have not been attacked in 7 years. I think we will be attacked with O as president. It was so horrible in NYC during 9/11 times…I could smell the burning metal in my apartment and couldn’t breathe for weeks. It was terrible…for months–always looking up at the sky when I heard an airplane.

I’m scared with obama as president. I don’t think he has what it takes to fight for us. I don’t think he loves the USA. *sigh* It’s one of the things about living in NYC now…we are always on high alert and there are bomb sniffing dogs around the trains. sucks.

44

antifish 01.15.09 at 8:53 pm

kat,

I agree. Obama has never shown that he has the courage of conviction or the fortitude to be a leader. He has, in fact, shown just the opposite with his “present” votes, his voting with the “wrong button” and his never-ending flip-flopping. The thought of him in charge terrifies me.

45

SouthernGAL68 01.15.09 at 8:54 pm

Well, atleast when we got attacked on 911 Bush did not want to sit around the campfire and sing “koom- by-ya” (sp?) with a terrorist like “the one” will!
Plus, we have all seen just how biased the media can be, esp. against Bush and/or the Republican party. So, it makes me wonder how much truth about Bushs “mistakes” was accurately reported????? Makes one question “when did the medias campaign for Obama really begin”??? WHY IS IT THAT AMERICANS THINK THAT THE MEDIA JUST NOW STARTED TO LIE TO US????
I just feel like the USA has been duped in my ways than one! I feel as though we (Americans) are getting ready to take a ride like no other … than is why I said, Bush will been looking pretty damn good after what is coming soon to a town near you!

46

Be scared. be very scared. but don’t freeze, FIGHT!!!

Lots of people are suiing him, lots of people are outraged, lots of people are SCARED to speak out…let us use PUMA as a tool to save and unite!

I am not scared to speak out, for the record :)

Oh, on tuesday I am thinking of some perfome art. I have an old pink toilet and a blow up doll I could make look like BO and I was thinking about all the things I could do. Probably gonna go to jail…but it will be worth it :)

The sucky thing is that I think Obama has no damn clue how much hard work it is going to be. I think he assumes he will delegate all the work and take all of the good credit, and if he has the media backing him (like he *does*) he can wiggle out of targeted blame.

56

SouthernGAL68 01.15.09 at 9:11 pm

59

catsden 01.15.09 at 9:13 pm

Not for a million years would i want to live in a “democracy” like Iraq. These people have no security, no water, no electricity, not mcuh gas, food or basic essentials. The US has made a bundle of money, created a whole new breed of terrorist and a new place for them to go. The war on Iraq was a lie from start to finish – more about Cheney and Rumsfeld finishing the job Bush senior knew shouldn’t be done – and about the money Haliburton and their subsidiaries made. Far too many of our fine young men died there for no cause. Where is Bin Laden who did mastermind the 911 attacks? I am spied upon by my phone company, able to be deprived of basic rights at the whim of the government, and going to pay for this war for the rest of my life and probably my children’s. The media had us then and they have us now. The death rate has been low (?), but the wounded list is extraordinary. Viet Name of the 21 st century. More to come from the old men who never served our country at all, but took and took and took.

Just my opinion.

60

antifish 01.15.09 at 9:18 pm

Spot on, catsden.

61

TrishfromCanada 01.15.09 at 9:20 pm

ok only cause I can’t resist, but can someone explain this to me, it was posted down below

MileyEast 01.15.09 at 8:24 pm

Words do matter. So do actions.

If PUMA’s racist, I’m out the door.

Stan (Oh Boy It Never Ends) is a Hillary supporter. He is a great blogger. He is also an African-American blogger and among those rightly calling for Senator Roland Burris to be seated.

Joe Cannon, who is a bully, wrote more of his usual bullying stuff and Stan posted a comment saying Barack’s seat should have been held for a person of color. I agree with that. I would assume PUMA would as well. I have consistently said that Hillary’s seat needs to go a woman.

I for one have never said Hillary’s seat should go to a woman.

I for another have never said Bo’s seat should go to a black man or a person of colour, whatever word you want to use to describe it.

I would imagine I am racist to a certain degree, but I’m smart enough not to assume others are and to print some kind of hogshit such as if Puma’s are racist I’m leaving. I’d do the eyeroll thingy but my eyes would get stuck in the top of my head over this.

Anyway, I’m venting simply because I’m tired of the racist crap, the politically polite police. poor babies who like to claim immigrants and in particular blacks are kept down in society becuse whites have all the advantages. Well, that’s just a load of cow dung. I worked 3 jobs in university to pay my way through, while guess what, my black friends all went through on government grants cause they were a minority. They came out of uni and were debt free, thank you to the government!

grrr going back to work on Acorn, at least there I’m being productive

62

SouthernGAL68 01.15.09 at 9:20 pm

Honestly, I do not think Obama will be running this country! He may think he will … but he will not! Those that put him in the white house as their puppet will run this country and they will expect him to “sing and damce” to THEIR TUNES! Lets see how many elections he can win without their help and $$$$$$$$$ ???????

63

catsden 01.15.09 at 9:23 pm

okay, I didn’t spell that well in my post either. sorry. I worry about the fact that the government has us convinced that all this regulation and spying is for our safety when we all know our southern border is not closed and that the psychological damage the Twin Towers cost us was greater than the cost (freedom and economy, not lives); this is the way tyrants assume control. Fear drives us to rely more on the government and they take more from us.

I do not think Obi will be good for our country, but I will not praise Bush either.

Again, just my opinion…and I did not mean this to be an attack on any person here…just the old men who lost their souls years ago.

Hello again. Although I am no Bush fan by any means, I did/do feel safer with him at the helm then goofball. Lord help us. There is too much instability going on right now – with the stock market, bailouts, wars, Guantanimo (sp?), Iran, Israel, Social Security, wiretapping, etc. I think it all spells trouble when BO takes over. HE has no interest in taking care of this country. He has his OWN agenda in mind. HE is also going after re-election. Yes, I said re-election. He will be campaigning in a sense the next four years. He is going to try to look like a Centrist President, but we all know he is the most liberal President this country has ever had.

I wish to God that we had a balanced House and Senate with Dems, Repubs, and Indes because when one side has complete control, it spells catastrophy. WE are in for a long, rocky road – one that I am not looking forward to enduring.

Trish from Canada: come back. Many of us are not politically correct

“I would imagine I am racist to a certain degree…”

And what does this mean? How can you be racist to a certain degree? Minorities are not the only people who get more options because they know how to play the game, though they may “seem” more visible than others. I hate when I am taken advantage of; that’s okay – no matter who is doing it.

Stay and fight for it….

Ex-DemInVA 01.15.09 at 9:31 pm

I also heard today from Rush that the NYT issued some article that an emergency court ruling will be made that will allow the wiretapping to continue! I thought that Dems did not like the wiretapping and bashed the Bush Admin. over it because it disenfranchised our civil liberties? Well, how convenient, right before the innauguration of the One an emergency ruling will KEEP the wiretapping available.

FlBarbara,

I am glad to hear your father is doing okay. Have they gotten the results back from the babies spinal tap?

Yes, it takes a special kind of person to do that type of work – I am thankful myself for them. I am in sales.

Trish from Canada: come back. Many of us are not politically correct

I’m not leaving, I’m working on some Acorn things.

But what I mean by racist to a certain degree is that sometimes I find myself thinking things such as, well no wonder there was a driveby in that neighbourhood they’re all _____. But I’m not sure if that’s racism or if its based on past experience. Seems the word racism is so overused that I don’t even know the meaning of it anymore. And everyone is too afraid of being called a racist.

If we are not allowed to notice skin colour then why are “people of colour” allowed to tell us day after day what their skin colour is.

Trish …

I applied to graduate school at the Univ. of Florida. My dean called the Univ. of Fl. dean to get me into the school. (The two deans were lifelong buddies who also received the PHD’s at the same Univ.) I graduated “M .Cum Laude”, but my GRE scores were low in Math. (Hell, I wasn’t going after an advanced math degree)
The dean at Fl. asked my professor …. “Is Ms. Corsino Spanish by some chance”? My dean told him, “no, I was Italian”! My dean asked why he was asking this question about my race, the dean repiled, “well if I was Spanish they could make an expection with NO PROBLEMS, but since I am an American …it could NOT be done”!
So, I went to another Univ. to receive my degree!

catsden 01.15.09 at 9:54 pm

Trish: We do notice colour and other characteristics; it’s just that no one wants to admit it, which is why I wanted you back. My future son-in-law is AA (black)(dark brown)(beautifully tanned) whatever and I assure you he and my daughter, and he and I have lots of observations based on experience and colour. I won’t even tell you here what word he uses for my future grandchildren. Far too many people are afraid to incur the wrath of others so we walk gingerly, but I saw “bring it on.” There I go again.

That’s pretty much how it worked where I went to University. There were a certain number of seats blocked off for “international students”. If they were not filled, the seats were not offered to Canadian students. Some of these programs only accepted 9 students per year, with 1/3 already blocked off.

78

catsden 01.15.09 at 10:02 pm

Southern: Well, given that you are a woman, why would you have high math scores?
Seriously, though, that sort of thing happens all the time, around the world, and maybe in outer space too. Humans are “hard-wired” to distrust others not like them. It was probably a survival trait at one time

Trish,

Oh’ yes! So many “alloted spaces”! You are right – that is the way it works. Someone told me it is because Univ.’s get $$ for the foreign students they bring in – i am not post. but it makes sense

83

FLBarbara 01.15.09 at 10:12 pm

Trish

Those of us who believed as MLK said do not judge a person on the colour of his skin but on his character did just that and found the content of character of Obama was empty, void, null nonexistent for that of our President.
They call that judgment racist.
Yet Rev. Wright who clearly judged on the colour of ones skin was never called a racist. He was called a man of God a great spiritual advisor.

Obama was clearly elected because of the colour of his skin but those who voted because of his colour are also not called racist. They were called brilliant informed voters.

I am tired of trying to figure it out.

I will not celebrate his Presidency. He is a fraud.
The media can not shout enough First Black President shit.
So I am comfortable saying First black President who is a fraud.and if that is racist well fine not arguing anymore.

It’s true they get a stipend for the number of international students, plus in Canada they get more money for scholarships and grants through government funding

sweeping statements don’t work with them…it’s their biggest turn off…gotta show smaller examples and connect with a few…then bring up stuff…

Thank you, because I really am struggling with my thoughts on racism. The more I hear the word the more I want to be racist just to strike back against it.

And our news is filled with the great whacked out wonder. ever since it was announced he was coming here. The radio station I have been a devoted listener of for the past 8 years, announced a new contest today. What song would you like to dedicate to Obama. Needless to say i removed them from my quicklist today.

“tasty”

No, no no, must not, not, not eat this Wild Pig.

I once partook of the Wild Boar in Kathmandu–oh, so tasty, and the music was so sweet–but contacted violent fever that I could not shake off without antibiotics.

Something tells me an encounter with This Pig would leave you taking antibiotics too.
