Rush played a clip of the talking heads who repeatedly said it is an "honest mistake" and that it shouldn't keep him from being confirmed. Johnathan Alter went further stating that with the state of the economy, we NEED Geithner because he's the ONLY one who understands TARP. Oh, and it doesn't matter that Clinton had the same situation in 1993 when his person did NOT get confirmed, because "times are different now" and we NEED Geithner. I think I am going to be sick.
