ANNOUNCING: THE PUMASPHERE!

I’m extremely happy and excited to announce tonight that Sheri Tags, Riverdaughter, and I have launched THE PUMASPHERE! A brand new website dedicated to organizing, expanding, and supporting the many wonderful Puma blogs, groups, and organizations that have sprung up since the Puma Movement was born in June 2008.

The beautiful website was developed by Jojo Razor, 100% pro-bono. THANK YOU JOJO!

What IS The Pumasphere? Well, read on!

The Mission of the Pumasphere

To share the strength and marshal the resources of the organizations and people who fight the anti-woman bias in the media and our public institutions, and want to reform the American political process in the following ways:

  1. That it be responsive to the will and the voice of the voters.
  2. That it be a force for change in establishing equal rights and representation for women.
  3. That it count every vote, every time, in every election it holds.

The Value of the Pumasphere
Hundreds of Puma groups and blogs have established themselves this year. We share a common goal: to reform our Party and change the cultural landscape in which we watched Hillary Clinton, the best Democratic candidate for President in a generation, sidelined and hobbled by an autocratic Party leadership and a misogynistic media onslaught. That this biased attack was also used against Gov. Palin, a politician whose only similarity to Hillary Clinton is that she is a woman, confirms our belief that much needs to change before a woman will be elected president in the United States.

Each of the organizations in the Pumasphere Coalition has an individual mission statement and its own set of goals. Some are media-focused. Others are working on Primary Reform, including ending the caucus system and the role of super-delegates. Others are locally based and are committed to raising awareness and funds for good Democratic candidates. Some groups are considering the establishment of think tanks, foundations, and even a third party. Still others are performing the crucial work of keeping a careful and clear-eyed watch on the Obama Administration and the Democratic Congress.

The value of our Pumasphere Coalition is its depth and breadth. By coordinating and communicating with each other, the members and leaders of the Puma Movement can avoid duplication of effort at the same time that we will be able to rely on each other’s resources and share in each other’s accomplishments.

The way forward is not perfectly clear or obvious. Events and circumstances in the political world change daily, hourly even, and as we move forward we will necessarily respond and adapt to ongoing developments. However, we have great faith in the dedication and determination of our member groups to keep working, even in poverty and obscurity, until we have transformed the political process and forced the establishment to make room for us at the table.

Nearly 10 million Democrats and Independents voted for John McCain for president this year as a protest against the DNC’s selection of Obama. They told pollsters they would have voted for Hillary Clinton if she had been the Democratic candidate.

The message to the Pumasphere is loud and clear: Many millions of Americans are waiting and hoping for a politics that works for and responds to ALL of us. All of our work, from outreach to education to protest to watchdog to fundraising, flows from there.

Question: Since there are/ will be many blogs in pumasphere…how do the actions of those blogs get onto front page of pumashere blog? Do people submit their action or notice or announcement to pumasphere blog?

Or does someone peruse DailyPUMA/ pumasphere blog roll to follow daily news and stories and possible actions?

Prayer: By your oath to uphold the Constitution, your privilege to raise a Point of Order, by the 10th Amendment powers retained by We the People, and by the right of petition for redress of grievances, I pray that you cosign/raise an Objection/Point of Order in Congress on January 8th 2009, with a member of the other House, on the reading of each State’s electoral certificates/of the total vote for Barack Hussein Obama II, per 3 U.S.C. Ch. 1, §15, §17, §19(a) (1), and §19 (c) (1), namely:
“We/I Object/raise a Point of Order that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama II, is not qualified to become president per the Constitution Article Two, §1, having “Foreign Allegiances” by birth and adoption, by renouncing US citizenship, and by failing to provide unambiguous evidence that he is “a natural born Citizen” without other allegiance, election of a President who does qualify having precedence over other business of this House per Amend. 20 §3 and 3 USC 1. Barak Obama, has first allegiance to Indonesia, having Indonesian citizenship with renunciation of US citizenship, by adoption/legal acknowledgment by Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo, a citizen of Indonesia, per Constitution of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958, Art. 2 (1), as required to enroll in Indonesian schools, per school records and travel to Pakistan in 1981; and
1.2 Mr. Obama had first allegiance to the British Crown and to Kenya, being born a citizen of Kenya through his Kenyan birth father Barack Obama, Sr., per Chapter VI. Sections 87 and 97 of the Constitution of Kenya; and being a bipatride under the U.K. Nationality Act of 1948.
2. Mr. Obama failed to produce unambiguous evidence that he is a “natural born Citizen” born to US citizens “in the allegiance of the United States” and he retained that exclusive allegiance.
2.1 Mr. Obama has failed to exhibit unambiguous original evidence that A) he was born to two US citizens “in the allegiance of the United States”, while meeting statutory citizenship requirements, and that B) he retained exclusive allegiance to the United States, including his original vault-version birth certificate and all other legal birth certificate versions and passports; and
2.2 Mr. Obama’s Kenyan paternal step grandmother Sarah Hussein Obama states that she was present at his birth in (Mombosa) Kenya, per Affidavits of Bishop Ron McRae and of Rev. Kweli Shuhubia in Philip J. Berg v. Barack Hussein Obama et al. Fed. Cir. D.PA. Civil No: 08-cv-04083.”

Pumas, I got a lovely respons from the owner of Femisex who gave a analysis of the failure of “eomen’s organizations” to stand up for ANYTHING.

MKfromLA and I are working on a gigantic spread sheet of contact info so when we need to get out a message or a prowl it will go out simultaneously to all good puma sites and we can have big numbers. Also we can interact with them. Some don’t have the resources we do in organizing this huge matrix. Right now I’m organizing and gathering an LGBT list. I think this is improtant because right now there is tremendous anger at Obama over Rick Warren and I think people will see things our way now.

Please (and this means YOU Jenni, if you can) I also head the “traitors” committee. That committee singles out celebrities and politicos that have sold us out for a piece of silver or just plain stupidity. Melissa Etheridge was one, and I think she’ll think twice before rolling under Obama’s bus again.
My biggest target is Nancy Pelosi because she sold out Hillary and changed the convention rules to ensure his easy win. She’s on his INAUGURAL COMMITTEE but her website says nothing about Rick Warren although she has a HUGE LGBT constituency. She’s taking everyone for granted and turning her attention to her role as Obama’s wet nurse.

So let’s give her some hell. I want to track her personal financial situation, her legislation, deals with BO and sell-out of LGBT and women. Time to get started bouncing her out of office in 2010. That will be a HUGE puma victory. Any takers?

Honestly, my body tenses at the thought of attacking other women, not that I haven’t done it (I can name individuals and ‘women’s’ organizations that I have attacked).
On the other hand, I feel deeply betrayed by both of the women you’ve mentioned. I’m very conflicted about participating in the Traitors Team… especially when the number of male traitors far outnumber the women ‘traitors’.

I’ll have to sort this one out.

I just caught up on the other thread, and I must say I’m a little disappointed.

I was yelled at for saying Karen uses “republican talking points” and what does she go and do? She goes and says “Hannity just said it now on tv too.. that there were 25 preceincts in MN that had more ballots than voters… talk about stealing an election!”

Karen, since murphy said we should educate and not just scold, please check out these links.

If they know of these 25 precincts, the Coleman campaign and the MN supreme court would love to find out which ones they were!

Also, Hannity (and Karen) frequently says that ALL of the recount vote total changes benefitted Franken; a blatent untruth. Check out this spreadsheat from the MN Department of State. http://www.sos.state.mn.us/docs/cf_2008recountsummary_8.pdf
You’ll notice that Franken and Coleman both gained and lost votes all over the place, it just happened to benefit Franken more.

Finally, Karen, use some common sense. This election is extremely close, no matter who wins and even if the margin were a thousand votes instead of about 200. The idea that anyone could just “know” or “sense” that Coleman won without meticulously counting all 2.5 million votes is just silly. That’s why they have the recount process.

I won’t discuss this situation anymore with people who aren’t willing to educate themselves about it. For about 3 months this fall I could almost stand to watch Sean Hannity, because MSNBC and CNN were so O-biased. Not anymore. He’s gone back to being a hack.

His lying ways about Al Gore, Bill Clinton, and Hillary Clinton are well documented (by Al Franken especially), and you’d be well advised to not trust anything he says.

The Common Cause Team is working on a huge contact database… that was teh info we were collecting last Friday night. I believe, when the bulk of that near completion, (altho it will always be an ongoing project), Common Cause will work on Outreach.

You could think about emailing the team leads and stating your preference for small projects on an as needed basis though. Or write the email and I’ll distribute to the leads.

thanks airforcehusker, funny coincidence, I had JUST read the Buttons story by FS Fitzgerald a week or two ago and then saw there was a movie out about it. Benjamin Buttons is a great movie all. You should all take the time to see it. It is one of those that puts things into perspective. Also murphy my wife is one that “never cries” also but guess what she was reaching for the kleenex box with benjamin buttons as well as memory keepers daughters.

Guess what i am now fighting with another obot on my college chat room. man this guy is going off and telling me to go to hell and leave this country. Good to hear! That’s what I’m expecting to see more of in the next few weeks and months.

I don’t really talk PUMA with anyone outside of my family. My family knows I am, but I think it wouldn’t be helpful for me professionally. However, I think it’s important enough to start to bring up the topic with some other female politicos I know, and try to recruit them to the way of the PUMA.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I love this Pumasphere blog idea. I wonder if some of us could write pieces for it. The Confluence does this with multiple authors and I did it for a short time while tracking the FISA issue. Both are done with wordpress subdomain blogs though–I know wordpress does support multiple authors.

UPDATE: We’re not giving up when it comes to compelling Barack Obama to validate that he is ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!

We can’t give up because his REFUSAL to adhere to the letter of the Constitution sets a dangerous precedent.

Our laws and our Constitution must apply to every man, woman and child in the United States.

No man – not even Barack Obama – has the right to reduce the Constitution to a scrap of paper.

Does Obama believe that the Constitution is just a collection of outdated thoughts that don’t apply to him, or a series of technicalities that should be callously ignored when they don’t suit his purposes or advance his agenda?

If not, then why is Obama STILL REFUSING to prove that he is ELIGIBLE, under the Constitution, to be President of the United States?

Obama, members of the liberal media, and even some politicians are telling the American people that his refusal is no big deal… as if the Constitution is no big deal… that it’s time to move on to “important issues.”

What is more important than the Constitution?

If any part of our Constitution can be flagrantly and callously ignored…

If any part of our Constitution can be reduced to a “technicality” that is not worth enforcing…

IS ANY PART OF THE CONSTITUTION VALID ANYMORE?

Are ANY of our Constitutional rights secure?

I believe you already know the answer to that question.

That’s WHY Obama MUST be compelled to produce a valid copy of his vaulted birth certificate and verify that he IS, indeed, a “natural born citizen.”

If NOT… when it comes to the erosion of our liberties, the bar will have been raised significantly and the consequences will be dire… for you… for your children… for your grandchildren… and for our nation!

The President of the United States cannot take office until Congress ratifies the vote of the Electors.

Use the hyperlink below to deliver your individualized messages to Congress. Remind them that they swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and that they cannot allow a USURPER to be President of the United States.

Tell them that they must do their duty and compel President-elect Obama to produce a valid copy of his vaulted birth certificate before affirming the vote of the Electors. Tell them that if they fail to uphold the Constitution, it will become worthless and our liberties will become worthless as well.

Win or lose, freedom loving Americans must draw a line in the sand and demand that the Constitution be upheld. If not, all is lost!

What’s all the Fuss about?..

Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”

When reports surfaced that President-elect Obama’s paternal grandmother was claiming that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, people started asking questions.

Then, a document known as a “Certification of Live Birth” made its way onto Obama’s website.

There was just one problem: the Hawaii “Certification of Live Birth” is TOTALLY INADEQUATE for the purpose of proving that an individual was actually born in the State of Hawaii…

The “Certification of Live Birth” is nothing more than a computer generated printout. It is a totally different document than the “CERTIFICATE [not Certification] of Live Birth.” And it is NOT A VALID BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

And why is that important? Two reasons…

First, Hawaii allows a child to be furnished a “Certification of Live Birth” even if the child was NOT born in Hawaii. Specifically, the Statute reads:

“[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”

Secondly, Hawaii government agencies DO NOT necessarily accept the “Certification of Live Birth” as proof that an individual was born in the state of Hawaii.

For example, the Hawaii Department of Home Lands states the following on its website:

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”

If the State of Hawaii DOES NOT accept a computer printout, as proof that an individual was actually born in Hawaii, WHY SHOULD WE!

What’s the Big Secret?

That’s a good question. Obama could certainly end this entire controversy – and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, SHOW THE AMERICAN PEOPLE THAT HE ACTUALLY RESPECTS THE CONSTITUTION – by simply producing his valid birth certificate.

His refusal only adds fuel to the fire and begs the question: What exactly IS contained in the “Certificate of Live Birth” which is presently under lock and key?

Officials in Hawaii aren’t exactly shedding any light on the matter.

Dr Chiyome Fukino with Hawaii’s Department of Health says that she has seen Obama’s original vaulted birth certificate. Okay… We know that it exists… BUT WHAT DOES IT TELL US?

Fukino did not say! Specifically Fukino stated:

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

Not only do we NOT know what is contained on the vaulted birth certificate…

… there are several other circumstances and issues that beg the question: Is Obama a “natural born Citizen” as REQUIRED – NOT SUGGESTED – by the Constitution?

What about the college records that Obama refuses to release. Why? Could those records indicate that he received financial aid as a foreign student?

Recently, Dr. Jerome Corsi traveled to Kenya to see if he could find a birth certificate for President-elect Obama, but he was detained by Kenyan officials. Again… Why?

Janet Porter, writing for WorldNetDaily.com, raises even more pressing questions:

“In Hawaii, a Certification of Live Birth is issued within a year of a child’s birth to those who register a birth abroad or one that takes place outside a hospital,’ she said.”

“‘There’s the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn’t there at the time of Obama’s visit,” Porter wrote.

“‘There’s another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn’t have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department’s travel ban list for U.S. citizens,’ she wrote.

“‘If he couldn’t get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.’”

And again, one cannot shake President-elect Obama’s unwillingness to release an authentic copy of his vaulted birth certificate, nor can it be ignored that President-elect Obama has hired teams of attorneys (not individual attorneys, but teams of attorneys) to thwart attempts by third parties to compel him to produce a birth certificate.

The question as to whether President-elect Obama is a “natural born Citizen” is not just significant… it’s downright compelling.

And it’s a question that MUST be answered!

Crossing the Rubicon…

Simply stated, if the Electoral College actually allowed an unqualified person to be elected President of the United States, or allowed a person to be elected without verifying that that he or she is qualified, our entire form of government could be compromised!

I don’t make that statement lightly. It’s not an exaggeration.

Liberty and freedom are not the rule in this world.

They’re exceptions.

In the United States, we take freedom for granted. It’s a given. To us it’s like breathing or walking.

And that’s no accident.

Our Founding Fathers established a government under the basic premise that men “are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” … rights that could not be taken away because they come from a Power greater than any one of us.

They believed the primary purpose of government was to secure and safeguard those rights and they enumerated those rights in the Constitution and in the Bill of Rights.

Stated in greater detail…

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it….”

When the most powerful among us are no longer bound by those founding documents – and, more importantly, when we refuse to hold them accountable – there can be no freedom… no liberty… only unrest… violence… oppression… tyranny… perhaps not tomorrow, but very soon!

Our Founding Fathers knew that all too well.

The action that you take now may very well determine the future that you leave to your children and grandchildren.

We have indeed crossed the Rubicon.

If we do nothing… we may well be signing the death warrant for our nation.

The action that you take or don’t take right now will determine our future. What will you do?

SELF magazine has named Edison NJ as the safest town in USA for women. Business Week has named Edison as a good place to raise kids. Credit for the successes is given to police who are vigilant, possess technological advantage and to stong volunteerism which includes an active Civilian Police Academy. Edison Mayor is Jun Choi. Dr Orly Taitz has an interesting request on her blog. She is a lawyer and is working very hard to defeat Obama. She deserves a lot of respect from us. Another woman doing great. She is from Russia and feels Obama is doing things like in Russia. She strongly opposes him. The phone number at the end is her phone. I am impressed she is ready to jump on an airplane immediately. I think she lives in California. She gets things done. Her blog is real good if you are into the Obama NBC issue in the courts. Anyway I am appealing to all Iowa PUMA to help. This should be easy. The lawyers simply need someone from Iowa so they can bring the suit against Obama. Hopefully we have an Iowa Puma who can help. It should not cost you any money.

We need volunteers in Iowa- Really urgent and important
Yesterday I posted an article by Linda Starr, that mentioned investigation of Obama, based on the fact that he fraudulently obtained salary and benefits of State and US Senator.
Why is she saying that? There is no proof that BO was born in this country and even if he were to be born here, his mother has relinquished his US citizenship when the family immigrated to Indonesia and obtained Indonesian citizenship, that doesn’t allow dual citizenship and his US citizenship was relinquished at that time. There is a mounting evidence that Obama has reaffirmed his exclusive Indonesian citizenship as an adult by traveling on Indonesian passport and receiving financial aid in this country as a foreign student from Indonesia.
Why am I asking for volunteers from Iowa? Let me explain. There is a law called “False Claims Act”. This law gives an opportunity to ordinary citizens to file claims against an individual or company that received benefits from Federal government under false claims (receiving a salary of a US or State Senator while not being a legal citizen would suffice). A person that sponsored this legislation and ardently pushed for it was the most senior member of senate finance committee, Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa (R). Everything I read about Senator Grassley tells me that he is a decent man that genuinely cares about this country and it’s people. Maybe we have patriots in Iowa, that can call senator Grassley today, forward the information we gathered on Obama and demand a formal investigation by the Senate finance committee, please demand that senator Grassley object to the electoral vote day after tomorrow and demand formal investigation of Obama’s citizenship.

PS: if he showed that so called legal document to run for the Illinois State or US Senate, then he has some explaining to do, since it was allegedly not printed until June 7, 2007. So, he clearly never proved his citizenship to run for the Illinois State , or US Senate either.

Touché’! And let me just tell you, if he can’t prove he was a US citizen when he was the Illinois State Senator, or the Us Senator, he can go to jail and pay huge fines and damages. Quo Tam fits the description of Phil’s action that has been under seal. And in that suit, it isn’t up to Phil to prove he wasn’t fraudulently collecting money from the government taxpayers for a seat he wasn’t eligible to hold. He has to prove he WAS ELIGIBLE to stay out of jail. Checkmate! Your boy is going to jail if he refuses to prove he was eligible to serve.

Barry goes to jail if he can’t prove he was eligible. It’s fraud. He is between a rock and a hard place. it isn’t just repaying his pay checks all these years, and for expenses, etc. He isn’t entitled to anything if he wasn’t eligible. Those numbers go up really fast when you start adding in expense account write-offs. And if he wasn’t eligible to serve, then all those expenses he claimed for holding the office are null and void. That means he’s got bigger problems than you have any idea. He fraudulently and falsely claimed the profit on the purchase of his home as a Capitol Gains instead of as income, which is at a MUCH higher rate and then we have the penalties and interest on filing fraudulent and false income tax returns, not to mention filing fraudulent expenses.
Can we say “Oops!”?

Because his mother registered his foreign birth in Hawaii to give him US citizenship, either not knowing she was too young to confer citizenship, or having lied about it – it is still fruit off the poisoned tree. It doesn’t make him a citizen if his birth registry was done fraudulently or erroneously.

At any rate, we do know the COLB was forged, so that eliminates his birth in Hawaii . He was a foreign birth registry. The original says he was a foreign birth in Kenya . You’ll see.

Yes, that “hurts the eyes” reaction is a bother, isn’t it? :x

My reaction is also resentment: “What do you think you’re trying to pull, Smarm-meister?” Double-talk and the Forked Tongue. In one debate, as I recall, McCain called him on it, something like, “You’re very eloquent, so we have to listen carefully to the specific words! You said your administration would “look at” this issue, but that gives us no idea what you’d actually DO.”

Et cetera, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.
