He backed down on FISA.
He backed down on withdrawing from Iraq.
He won’t stand up for gay and lesbian rights.
He never stood up to Rev. Wright.
He’s scared of Louis Farrakhan.
He closed his eyes and HOPED Bill Ayers would stay invisible.
He won’t stand up to widdle Jon Favreau.
Not ONE of his appointments so far have been bold or unexpected. Each one is an insider, a lifer, an old-school D.C. operative. Other than Arne Duncan for education — he’s simply a failure.

#1?
I just got this e-mail from someone at democratic disaster although I think they have a new website but it has to do with mass mailings. This can come in handy.
I want to let you know what the lady at the Post Office told me when I mailed out the last letter to the Democrat Electors. I did not actually do this because I did not want to stand and rewrite 21 addresses all over again, so I paid the $1.10.
She gave me a book, “Firm Mailing Book For Accountable Mail”. She said that as long as I had 3 – 4 or up to 8 names on 1 page from this book, the cost will be reduced to $.40 per envelope.
She said that businesses use this all the time. I saw that there is to be another mailing with the
“Proof of Mailing”, so I thought I would let you know so that people might be able to save some money.
Thanks, Jeanie (jahohio)

Obama was selected by people who wanted us to have a leader that would not stand up for us. He is doing exactly what we thought he would. They might as well have reelected George W. Bush.

Actually Obama is a weak wimp and a whiner.
Do you think they have him medicated?

I’ve been in constant contact with Dr. Mike Ritze and he keeps telling me to keep up the fight and contact my US reps. I asked him to be one of the people to confront Obama but he reminded me he is an OK rep and it takes one US Congress person and one US Rep to challenge. Anyway, you would think after the many e-mails we send back and forth, he might have let me knwo this was on. I’m going to listen to the show to see what went on as you have to take what Ed says with a grain of salt.
Hi Folks:
Last night, Plains Radio made history. We had for the first time one of them to join us. Them? That would be Rep. Mike Ritze of the Oklahoma State house. Dr. Mike will now take our cause to the Senators and Congressman from Oklahoma. He will try and persuade Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma to stand up and challenge Obama Election. If you missed that show, please listen to one of the replay today. The replays are at 8 am and 4 pm centraltime today. It will be worth your time. Last night, we took a wrecking ball to Obama glass house. We got one that now has the knowledge to bring others over to our side. How do you get a 100 Senators and Congressman over to our side and challenge Obama. 1 at a time. We are now going to win this and stop Obama from destroying our country. You owe it to yourself to listen to that show. It was a real barnburner. We will have guest like that at anytime on the Plains Radio Network. We have a very special guest this Friday night start at 6 pm central. You know that Russian newspaper, Prauda, that is running all those stories about Obama, well Friday night, we will have that reporter on our show for 4 hours. This is one you don’t want to miss. Please go to the Plains Radio web site by clicking here and listen to the show. Thanks Ed Hale

Pass Hopium Pipe – Melissa Etheridge sells out for a cheap compliment. This woman clearly doesnt have much experience with the ministrations of smooth-talking men who want something from her.
From HuffPo:
“I told my manager to reach out to Pastor Warren and say “In the spirit of unity I would like to talk to him.” They gave him my phone number. On the day of the conference I received a call from Pastor Rick, and before I could say anything, he told me what a fan he was. He had most of my albums from the very first one. What? This didn’t sound like a gay hater, much less a preacher. He explained in very thoughtful words that as a Christian he believed in equal rights for everyone. He believed every loving relationship should have equal protection. He struggled with proposition 8 because he didn’t want to see marriage redefined as anything other than between a man and a woman. He said he regretted his choice of words in his video message to his congregation about proposition 8 when he mentioned pedophiles and those who commit incest. He said that in no way, is that how he thought about gays. He invited me to his church, I invited him to my home to meet my wife and kids. He told me of his wife’s struggle with breast cancer just a year before mine.
When we met later that night, he entered the room with open arms and an open heart. We agreed to build bridges to the future.
Brothers and sisters the choice is ours now. We have the world’s attention. We have the capability to create change, awesome change in this world, but before we change minds we must change hearts. Sure, there are plenty of hateful people who will always hold on to their bigotry like a child to a blanket. But there are also good people out there, Christian and otherwise that are beginning to listen. They don’t hate us, they fear change. Maybe in our anger, as we consider marches and boycotts, perhaps we can consider stretching out our hands. Maybe instead of marching on his church, we can show up en mass and volunteer for one of the many organizations affiliated with his church that work for HIV/AIDS causes all around the world.”
Jeez, Meliss — if i had your pulpit and Pastor Dick told me he liked my music, I’d say, “Wow — thanks — you and 20 million other people. That’s funny because I *hate* your sermons.”
not even getting into her pampered white lady hopey rainbow fogged view of islam.
can i start drinking now?

Pastor Dick is no more going to stop breeding homophobia among his flock than melissa etheridge is going to stop breeding rainbows for her followers.

murphy 12.23.08 at 9:24 am
but richard cohen, to his credit, doesn’t hold any punches.
Speaking about his sister and her partner of 19-years:
“[Warren] likens my sister’s relationship — three children, five grandchildren, so loving as to be envied and so conventional as to be boring — to incest or polygamy.”
and
“But the real problem has nothing to do with ministers and everything to do with Obama’s inability or unwillingness to be a moral leader. Sooner or later, he just might have to stand for something.”
nicely done.

Four-Person Inauguration Package Carries Price Tag Of $50,000
December 23, 2008 8:05 a.m. EST
AHN Staff
Washington, D.C. (AHN) – The chance to personally witness the inauguration rites for America’s 44th and first black president carries with it a large price tag.
The Presidential Inaugural Committee is selling four-ticket packages at $50,000 which includes tickets to the swearing-in ceremonies, the inaugural parade, one of the 10 official inaugural balls and invitations to other events.
For Americans who could not afford the packages or prefer to go on their own, expenses to consider include $700 for a round-trip airfare and accommodations which could start at $800 a night for a hotel room up to $2,000 a night for two-bedroom apartments near Howard University.
There are 240,000 tickets distributed through the Presidential Inaugural Committee and congressional offices. While the tickets are supposed to be free, the tickets definitely are not beyond commerce. The committee is selling 8,700 bleacher seats to the inaugural parade.

THANK ‘BEST & BRIGHTEST’ FOR CRISIS
The meltdown began with the subprime-mortgage folly, when the political establishment pushed the real-estate industry and its bankers to grant mortgages to buyers who couldn’t afford them.
The chief architects of the disaster were the officers at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, urged on by politicians and monitored by negligent regulators.
Here’s a list of some of the main players and their academic credentials
Sen. Chuck Schumer: Second only to Frank in the Congress in his unwavering support of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Three years ago, when Fed chief Alan Greenspan warned of problems with the two institutions, Schumer replied, “Fannie and Freddie have problems, and there are ideologues who want to undo it. But there are ways to fix the problems . . . When the sink is broken, you don’t want to tear down the house.”
Last July, Schumer raised an alarm on the solvency of a mortgage bank, IndyMac, setting off a panic among depositors, who withdrew $1.3 billion from the bank. Financial analyst Jerry Bowyer charged that Schumer had set off “the second largest bank failure in US history.”
Schumer got his BA at Harvard and JD at Harvard Law.

“A couple of years ago I was invited to Rick Warren’s church to speak despite his awareness that I held views that were entirely contrary to his when it came to gay and lesbian rights, when it came to issues like abortion,” he said. “Nevertheless I had an opportunity to speak, and that dialogue I think is part of what my campaign’s been all about, that we’re not going to agree on every single issue, but what we have to do is to be able to create an atmosphere where we can disagree without being disagreeable, and then focus on those things that we hold in common as Americans.”

NOW, WHAT THE FEC?
BO has deluged the FEC with over 2.5 million donor transactions, many of which are GARBAGE. However, I did notice some particular irregularities in the exceedance studies and did some further examination. It seem that there are only about 50,000 debit transactions in the donor files, a significant but managable amount, so I did a study of Donor Debits.
Guess what? BO is bad.
The following is a complaint update letter for the FEC. I have difficulty putting the Tables on the post, but will try to get some accessible documents posted later.
_________________________________
Discrepancies in Donor Debits (Update to MUR 6142)
Dear Sir or Madam:
This is an update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama. The FEC file for Barack Obama, containing all donors disclosed, contains over 2.5 million transactions (file All.zip). A single donor may have hundreds of transactions listed. These transactions show some irregularities and there are questions about the reporting. These questions involve:
• Reattribution/redesignation transactions totaling $26 million without donor approval .
• Debits not reported for $562,277 of reattribution/redesignation credits (Table II).
• Uncollected chargeback and bank return debits of $1.9 million that do not appear to have been collected or listed as refunds .
There are 53,518 donor transactions listed as debits, for the Obama for America fund, totaling around $32 million. They are noted in the files as is shown in the attached summary Table I, with the associated funds shown in Table II. Examination of the reattribution and redesignation records show that there is approximately $562,277 more credited than debited for these transactions. It is understood that reattribution/redesignation is done for donors with funds over the maximum donation limit of $2,300 per campaign. It would therefore seem that they would all be required to be reported.
Another even more disturbing issue is the amount being taken as credit for transactions where there have been requests for reattribution/redesignation that the campaign apparently does not have. This amounts to about $26 million in funds (46,619 transactions) held by the campaign. Should these have been refunded? Some of the requests go all the way back to January 2008. Are these donors all over their $2,300 per campaign limit?
Then there are some debits listed as credit card chargebacks and bank returns. They do not appear to be included in the campaign report total for Refunds to Individuals. Even if these are accounting errors that could be dismissed against the reattribution/redesignation credits, they need to be corrected as they obscure the accounting and introduce errors. The $26 million in reattribution/redesignation requests would still be no lower than the cumulative total $25 million shown in Table II.
The American People need an audit of the Obama for America (C00431445) and Obama Victory Fund (C00451393). We are depending on the FEC to assure compliance with fair practices. Please audit the Obama Presidential Campaign Funds. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I need to read back a bit… however, what I was seeing downstairs in the back and forth with kat, I want to comment on. Kat, please please please be careful. I’ve heard of way too many cases where someone was “with” a guy they weren’t married to for several years, then decided to look around, and ended up getting murdered. Seems that in many cases the woman may not think they are “married” but the guy has developed an “ownership” concept. In most of those cases the woman would never have dreamed he would turn on her like that. She thought she knew him better than that. In these cases it’s a “if I can’t have her, nobody else can either”.

A retreat would be great, as long as we can leave dead weight behind. Theye’re already enjoying a retreat of sorts, on the backs of the work of others. Not to mention the disrespect of all the work you’ve done on our behalf all these long months.
Retreat or not, you’re welcome here any time.

Speaking of which, why isn’t there more outrage over the woman who was so severely attacked in San Francisco? Can anyone even imagine the horrible trauma? How devastated she must be? It pisses me off more than anything BO could do.

To give Warren a national platform on an important day such as the Inauguration is WRONG. It can NOT be justified like so many Obots are doing as Obama did and the media repeats his ‘reason’ –that obama is reaching across to all. Obama forgets that ALL are NOT included in the life and lies of the likes of Warren. It is a national disgrace to have invited Warren.
