The Puma PAC FECK Obama Action Team has pored through the FEC records of contributions to the obama campaign. They’ve turned up tons of fishy donations, like Linda Terill from Kansas. She is on record with 310 transactions in the fall. By October 15th Ms. Terrill’s balance of donations was under the $4,610 limit, but there are 310 separate transactions — donations and refunds and donations and refunds. There are hundreds of instances of these “recycled” donations.
Why so many people with donations/refunds/donations/refunds? were they gleefully playing with the donate buttons late at night? I doubt it, as requesting a refund from a campaign is a tedious and time-consuming process. Once I donate to a campaign I can’t just go back to the website and cash back my donation. It doesn’t work that way. Only the campaign itself can issue refunds, usually weeks or months later.
There are two theories for all the recycled donations that seem plausible to me. One, since refunds are issued after the monthly totals are announced, the campaign purposefully allowed donors to go over the limits with ease. This made the monthly hauls HUGE, prompting headlines of a fundraising juggernaut. Later, the campaign quietly refunded the overages and hid the details in the giant haystack.
Another, more sinister, possibility is American donors were used as money launderers for overseas contributors. Illegal cash coming in from overseas was assigned to American donor names and then a computer program moved the dollars around until each donor was under the federal limit.
We already know that obama allowed untraceable, prepaid credit cards to be used for donations. Those donations could have come from ANYWHERE, literally. The Washington Post made it clear that this practice made it much more likely for illegal foreign contributions to make their way into obama’s coffers.
Some of the details are amusing. The Pajici Family of Florida gave over $50,000. But I’m sure there are no family goldfish or dead relatives included in the family donor list, after all, we all know how trustworthy and upright the obama and his associates are. Tony Rezko was the chief financial officer of obama inc. for years. Now he faces jail-time for fraud and corruption.
Some of the donors are very creative and amusing. A rich person in Kansas listed his occupation as Philan Therapist. A professor emeritus at Northwestern University can’t spell the name of his university.

Barack Obama’s FEC candidate details show zero Transfers to Authorized Committees as of 12/1/2008. However, there are Disbursements of over $25 million to various state DNC funds as contributions. Why are they not listed as Transfers to Authorized Committees?
So, a $151 MILLION dollar “accounting error” and $25 MILLION dollars worth of phantom donations from obama to various states (ahem, payoffs! cough, cough) with no record of where the $25 million dollars came from.

Really seriously. If Obama is NOT stopped by SCOTUS before Jan 20 then we are lost as a country and it probably would be best to convert to cash and leave the country as quick as possible for those with any assets. Our form of government will be all ended and a new gov with new rules will lead to an oppresive government that will be similar to Stalin, Mao, North Korea etc. There will no longer be a Constitution come Jan 20 to protect the people from the oppression of power.

If you’re a U.S. taxpayer you ought to read GM’s “Restructuring Plan for Long-Term Viability.” By the end of next year, you’ll own a good chunk of this company, so you might as well familiarize yourself with what’s going on there.
On first read, you’ll think that’s too rash a judgment. The document is well-reasoned and thoughtfully crafted. There are lots of numbers “proving” GM’s commitment to restructuring.
But at its core, it’s propaganda aimed directly at warming the hearts of Congress.
It is not a viable business plan.
Think of the document more as a political tool — and it makes perfect sense. After all, it is Congress — not GM’s board of directors — that have the power to okay GM’s staggering $18 billion request.
As you might expect, GM’s tone is very, very patriotic. And it’s conciliatory — no surprise given how poorly November’s bailout hearings went.
In the intro, GM magnanimously acknowledges it has made mistakes in the past. There’s a special section detailing the shutdown of its corporate aircraft operations, with the odd, guilt-inducing tidbit that it “unfortunately impact[s] approximately 50 hourly and salaried employees.”

During the Dem Primary, I went to the FEC site over several days and went through simply half of the alphabeticial listings for one month (a tedious, tedious task which is why our FEC Pumas are quite amazing!) and noted a number of full time students, citing no employment, contributing 2300 at a shot..I remember thinking…this is bs…they are fronting for someoe’s else’s money….
This FEC research clearly reveals the ongoing stench of the ever rotting and decaying remains of the Barack Obama corruption.
I hope we can somehow use this information to raise the issue of why Ojingo’s audit by FEC has been waived…Does anyone know any details of that?

Scarlet, I agree. The bailout is not a good idea. Watched one of the hybrids pulling up to the Capitol this morning with beggar onboard, and thought it all theatrics intended to fool us into thinking something good might come of all this. Well I’m not buying into it. Giving them billions will not get affordable hybrids on the road, it will keep the companies afloat and the execs employed, at the expense of the taxpayers.
This taxpayer has no insurance or 401k, and I don’t want to pay the insurance and retirement for others since nobody is paying it for me.
PS I do own a hybrid and wish there were more on the road, but with the economy in the dumpster, don’t think for a minute the economic situation will make Detroit think “green” (beyond wanting a bunch of the green stuff dumped in their lap).

Over on another blog that’s just opened up the BC issue (they think it’s ridiculous and fringe, etc.), I just realized something. The people who are claiming that BO released his BC (I KNOW it’s the COLB, which is different… hear me out) and “this should be enough” aren’t taking the next logical step. If this document IS enough, why isn’t he simply taking the document he ALREADY has (as posted on the sites–which would have had to come from him because no one else could legally access it) down to the SCOTUS? He works (or he did) at the Capitol building. He can’t live THAT far away. He is in Washington D.C. quite regularly I’m told, and if it’s just too time consuming, I’m sure one of his lawyers could walk it down there for him.
And yet… millions of dollars spent, thousands of hours of his lawyers to DEFEND something he SUPPOSEDLY HAS IN HIS POSSESSION.

Oh, and this story is popping up in BUNCHES of places today, and honestly, I think it’s rather good timing. If this had come up before the SCOTUS months ago, people might have thought it old news. If he got on the ballot… Donforio is arguing that the SoS was supposed to certify that ALL candidates that were put on the ballot qualified according to the Constitution. I think “in the tank” is pretty much an understatement at this point.
And strangely, before the election I had been praying fervently that God would draw out the cockroaches and make them think it was safe to come out and then turn the light on and expose the whole bunch of them. After Nov. 4, I was bummed that that hadn’t happened. But maybe… maybe I was wrong. If this case goes somewhere and the whole dang MSM and everyone else sat on it, covered it up, called it a non-story, refused to print it while they excoriated Sarah… Well, that’s pretty much a flip of the light in my book.

Okay, I spoke with Orly. Here’s the project with which she needs this immediate help.
Donofrio is up for conference at the SCOTUS tomorrow. The Supremes have received a copy of Cort’s briefs, which are to be read in conjunction with Leo’s case. Orly’s case in CA, based on state law, is awaiting a decision by the judge. The best thing that could happen there is this: he could not only deny the case but also, mention there is a federal issue. This mention of federal jurisdiction would allow Orly to petition the SCOTUS for cert. And if she gets this answer today, she will absolutely file at the SCOTUS first think tomorrow. The problem is, the clerk in CA claims, there is no deadline for the judge to file his decision. She pointed out to me that, the judge in NJ who denied the appeal Leo submitted, issued a decision in 4 (four) hours. Therefore, she doesn’t know why CA cannot do the same thing.
She wants us to call/fax/email Judge Ronald George, Chief Judge of the CA Supreme Court, to hurry up and decide, one way or the other. And you could subtly indicate, if you don’t want to take this case because it raises such important federal issues, just say so.

Thank indy. I truly believe there is lots more to be found in those files. We didn’t even try to document the dubious names, dubious employers, transaction patterns that make no sense at all (as Murphy pointed out above). But they are all there for anyone to see.
As the FEC says on it’s home page http://fec.gov/ they’re tasked with Administering and Enforcing Campaign Finance Laws.
It’s time they step up to the plate on this one, as every future campaign learns from the successes of the past ones.
If Obomination gets away with this, it will only be worse next time.

Interesting tie-together: If SCOTUS finds in any way, shape or form that this case has merit, and it goes on to court, and BO doesn’t produce the BC, and then whatever happens… well, happens…
What happens to the $570 million dollars donated to the campaign? Can the people who donated it ask for a refund, are there then fraud proceedings by the FEC? Is BO on the hook for $570 million, and who would he have to pay it to if this whole thing blows up in his face?

Actually, I removed the “What The FEC” spreadsheets from the action center when I found out that the hard gained info of the WTFEC team was being misused. Murphy is creating a mega Prowl around this issue/findings, and I feel hard pressed to upload the data and potentially undermine the intensive work of the FEC Team, and possibly Murphy’s Prowl.

I am truly amazed by what was accomplished by the FEC Team. Just think about it. Half a dozen individuals, who have never met in person, live in different time zones, and are communicating by email reviewed BO’s miraculous money machine in two weeks and identified 890 violations of FEC rules amounting to $1.3 million in illegal campaign funds. Thanks to them and the support from Pumapac, we have initiated about 20 complaints documenting and detailing these violations, for the Pac to follow up on.
Now, this may be the tip of the tip of the iceberg, but if we all take out some ice picks and turn on the heat we will make some significant progress. What we documented was only the most obvious of violations, and there is so much more.
I am tired of empty suit numb nuts purchasing the presidency and selling us out. The best cheater wins. No wonder our freedom and prosperity is being lost. Audit! Audit! Don’t wait for 2012. This fraud will do no better than the last fraud.
Now, BO’s final campaign finance report is due by the end of today. Do you think he has paid back all those illegal campaign funds? And better yet, how many millions of dollars in donations came from no state in the USA?

The Denofrio case has no need for the BC. It states that since Obama Sr. was Kenyan British subject at the time of Obama Jr.’s birth, that status also passed on to Jr., who thus is by definition not “natural born American”.
Should the BC show that he was born offshore, that’s icing on the cake, but unnecessary.
