This story looks promising about supporting congressional hearings to validate Obama’s citizenship status. Personally — I think it’s time PUMAPac get behind this effort that’s been gaining speed on the blogosphere. WND is trying to help to fight this battle and make the issue known. Today they asked the question about this at the White House press conference. Look at the transcript (the last question asked) and you’ll see that the Press Secretary dodged the question and ended the conference at that point. There’s also a video link on the link below but I’m not able to view it while at work.

The way I see it is that PUMAPAC can continue to complain about women’s right injustices, media injustices, bailout injustices, along with a long laundry list of other injustices — OR — PUMAPAC can get behind the effort to EXPOSE OBAMA AND SEIZE A POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP HIM FROM SUCCESSFULLY GAINING THE POWER which enables him to continue to perpetuate all the long laundry list of injustices we wish to clean up.

Let’s be proactive about the man who is the source of the injustices, rather than reactive to the injustices after the fact. Does that make sense or is it just me that feels that way?

I just put in a call to my local congressman Dan Lungren (916)-859-9906 and expressed my concern that the President-Elect does not meet the minimum Constitutional qualifications of being a natural born citizen and I find it outrageous that we are about to hand him the most powerful position in the world. I further explained that I understand there is a concerted effort by the MSM to keep this issue quiet but it is a REAL issue and a REAL concern by millions of people that are aware of the existence of this lack of vetting on the part of our congressional leaders and I want to know if there will be any congressional hearings to hold Barack Obama’s feet to the fire and make him prove that he meets the minimum requirements of our Constitution.

When I finished my rant, the man said, “You are not the only one concerned. I have already received 7 calls from similarly concerned citizens. I am not aware of any plans for a congressional hearing but I believe that is because we are waiting to hear the rulings of the Supreme Court Judges.” At that statement, I interrupted with, “Then you obviously are also aware of the lawsuits pending on this issue since you mentioned the pending decision by Supreme Court Justices. So this is not an imaginary issue — and you are aware it is a very real issue.”

The man replied, “Absolutely. And it is my guess that if the Judges resolve this issue then there will be no need for congressional hearings. But if they rule in a manner that does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, then it would be at that point that congressional hearings may become a possibility.”

I then asked, “I feel the only satisfactory ruling is to protect the constitution — but if the Judges do not rule in this direction — as a concerned citizen — what can I do to help ensure that a congressional hearing is initiated?”

The man then referred me to this website for a list of the Judiciary Committee members (link below) — and said that we should start contacting these members to voice our wishes for a congressional hearing.

At least 15 schoolgirls and female teachers had acid sprayed at them by two men on a motorcycle near the Mirwais Nika Girls High School in Kandahar.

Officials say the attackers used a toy gun to spray the acid and fled as soon as people came to the assistance of the girls.

Most of the victims suffered severe burns and at least one of them will have to have her face and neck reconstructed by plastic surgery.

Some of the girls were wearing Islamic burkas or veils which provided them with some protection.

Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) Justice David Souter has agreed that a review of the federal lawsuit filed by attorney Phil Berg against Barack Hussein Obama II, et al., which was subsequently dismissed for lack of standing is warranted. SCOTUS Docket No. 08-570 contains the details. A review of that docket and the Rule 10 of the Supreme Court makes abundantly clear that Justice Souter’s granting of a review on the Writ of Certiorari is not a right entitled to citizen Phil Berg, but rather is a matter of judicial discretion based upon a compelling reason. That compelling reason is the Constitutional requirement that “No person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the office of President…”
What this means is that on or before 1 DECEMBER 2008 Barack Hussein Obama II must respond to the writ of certiorari, and since the Berg v Obama case hinged primarily on the question of Obama’s place of birth, it is almost inconceivable that Barack Obama will thumb his nose at the Justices of the Supreme Court and he is absolutely compelled to provide a vault copy his original birth certificate.
Another very salient fact to consider at this time is that, despite all of the pronouncements of the print and broadcast media, Barack Obama is not yet the President-elect of the United States. Barack Obama can only become the President-elect after the Electoral College convenes on 15 DECEMBER 2008 in their respective state capitals around the nation and casts their votes to elect the President and the Vice President. · The allegation that Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and that he may not be an eligible, natural-born citizen;

Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama) gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew to Hawaii and registered Obama’s birth.”
· The claim could not be verified by inquiries to Hawaiian hospitals, since state law bars the hospitals from releasing medical records to the public; Even if Obama produced authenticated proof of his birth in Hawaii, however, the suit claims that the U.S. Nationality Act of 1940 provided that minors lose their American citizenship when their parents expatriate. Since Obama’s mother married an Indonesian citizen and moved to Indonesia, the suit claims, she forfeited both her and Barack’s American citizenship.

There might be inadequate budget issues that are creating these vacancies. It’s hard to imagine Bush didn’t keep this up.

In any event, it seems a worthwhile effort to assure the Government mouth organ hires more women and has gender neutral or gender positive voices. Plus, this is one field where we have a pretty large qualified pool. Except, I don’t know anyone in that field; does anyone else?

Thanks for the post from TeamSarah… I just researched… very cool.. so we have two lawsuits that are looking at the “natural born citizen” issue in front of the SCOTUS.

At this point there are approx 17 lawsuits and counting in 12+ states with more comming.

Awesome. I only scored as an Animal because I Love doggies. I call them doggie woggies. I love cats also but I am more into doggies this year. Cats will be next again.

But really being a Witch’s Bitch and burning at the stake is so awesome exciting. Having everyone stand around and cheer you on. I always admired Joan of Arc. I wanted to be burned at the stake like her. Sounds cool.

Holy Shit!!! Woman, I was not vilifying you, or anyone. I have no control over how to react to a simple comment. WTF makes you think I want to destroy Arabs? It’s just that the plan calls for opening the Gaza Strip, West Bank, etc (all lands taken during the war in 1967) to allow ‘re-entry of refugees’. There is no provision for control, no way to stop a mass influx into areas Israel now controls and uses for self-protection.

Excellent letters and posts… One thing I would change or add, we want to make sure he is a natural born citizen. This does not involve only the birth certificate, it also involves whether or not he retained his citizenship status in Indonesea (sp?) So it might be better to state that we want them to confirm he is a natural born citizen as opposed to just asking for the BC.

We hope that Leo Donofrio has FBI protection at this point, we do not know absolutely for sure that he does.
