I’ve moved the blog over here to our main website, www.pumapac.org for a couple of reasons. One, this site has access to a bigger, more reliable server which means (fingers crossed) that more people will be able to get their comments posted without errors. This site is also less susceptible to hackers. And the other reason has to do with technical Wordpress installation issues that I’ll probably mess up if I try to explain.
SO, today is a new day Pumas (unless you live on the midwest coast, in which case it is still the old day, which means you still have this new day to look forward to!).
We are still adding names to the list of Pumas who want to join a class action law suit. Please click HERE to add your name to the list.
This is an open thread with cheerful music.
Be wonderful to each other!
Welcome new readers! It is great to have you here — please take a moment to join the PAC by clicking HERE. It’s easy, free, and fun!

since this is a new blog – thought i would repeat my
SUGGESTION FOR A LAWYER!!!
How about John Coale, who is Greta Van Susteren’s husband?
He was a Hillary supporter and came out supporting McCain.
A Leading Hillary Supporter (John Coale) Defects to McCain
John Coale, a prominent Washington lawyer, husband of Fox TV host Greta Van Susteren and a supporter of Sen. Hillary Clinton, announced today that he was supporting John McCain for president. Coale, who traveled with Sen. Clinton, President Clinton and her family through out the primary season, complained of sexism, and said the Democratic Party is “being taken over by the moveon.org types” in an exclusive interview with Newsweek.com’s Tammy Haddad. He said he tried to prevent Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, from attending an August 18th meeting in Scranton, Pa. with McCain campaign surrogate Carly Fiorina. “I urged him not to go and told him it would embarrass his sister, but he has a mind of his own.” Coale says Mr. Rodham asked Ms. Fiorina “about McCain’s Supreme Court picks.”

Repost from downstairs (sorry it’s so long, you can see I am pretty outspoken about GW)..
Topic: GW BUSH – WORST PRESIDENT EVER!!!!!!!!!!
America only DREAMS it could be so LUCKY as to have Bush and Cheney OUT of office EARLY. There have been so many scandals in the Bush presidency it is mind boggling.
But just in case any PUMA’s have talked themselves into becoming solid Republicans, here’s a partial off-the-top-of-my-head list:
* First, let’s start with 9-11. Let’s make a bad thing worse by attacking a country that wasn’t even connected to 9-11, that would be Iraq. Spend billions of dollars a day until the US Govt is totally Bankrupt.
~ ~ ~ Yes my friends, we were bankrupt long BEFORE Wall Street. ~ ~ ~
* Next, let’s out the identity of a CIA agent. Oh and better yet, make sure it’s a WOMAN, you know women, the ones who have to do twice as good a job as a man to get any credit, honor, or promotions? Yeah, them. Let’s out a woman, basically trashing her entire lifelong CAREER, then try to hide that someone in the White House – that’d be Cheney and Scooter Libby – had anything to do with giving the information to reporters just to get back at Joe Wilson for TELLING THE TRUTH to the American People. Hooray, hoorah.
* Guantanamo Bay.. Yeah, good idea, let’s imprison people with absolutely no cause, innocent civilians from other countries for years on end! Make sure they have no rights and get no visitors, leave bright lights and music on 24-7.
Oh yea, and if they go on a hunger strike because they’ve become suicidal, FORCE FEED THEM with STRAWS through their noses. Doesn’t that make you all feel PROUD to be Americans?
This is getting too long already and I’ve barely started, but let’s don’t forget:
* Gonzales & Attorney Firing Scandal
* Foley and Male Intern Scandal
* Afghanistan (leaving before job completed)
* Tom Delay’s scandals in Texas
* Halliburton & contractors stealing Million$ from the American people (unpunished bloodsuckers, basically)
* incompetent Harriet Meyers nominee to Supreme Court
* Katrina – Katrina – Katrina
* Accusing the Clintons of “trashing” the White House before they left
* Jeff Gannon (male prostitute) found in the White House Press Core praising Bush during press conferences
* Rumsfeld resigned
* nothing done about climate change
* no child left behind a complete failure; public schools worse than ever
oh and by the way don’t forget the 2000 election stolen.
Jeremy maybe your post downstairs was meant to be satire but if it is, it sailed right over my head when I saw Pookie’s compliment…
And besides of which, I think we PUMA’s need to remember our roots once in a while. After all, we WERE Democrats! Well some of us are still Democrats but following the corruption of the DNC I’m now an Independent.
murphy 10.26.08 at 2:06 am

OK I am going to bed now, I’ll check back in the morning Jeremy to see your reply, cause really you got me curious posting a cutesy letter about Bush and Cheney quitting “so take that, America,” like America would be sorry to see them go, or something? I don’t think so, heck that’s the main reason our man McCain is up against such a brick wall of Obots (besides Obama buying the election), voters are fed up w/Bush / Cheney. For Sure.
Maybe I’m just tired…

Obama Wants Social Security to Be a Welfare Plan
Imagine this: Barack Obama proposes a Social Security payroll tax cut for low earners. Workers earning up to $8,000 per year would receive back the full 6.2% employee share of the 12.4% total payroll tax, up to $500 per year. Workers earning over $8,000 would receive $500 each, with this credit phasing out for individuals earning between $75,000 and $85,000.
APThis tax cut would make an already progressive Social Security program even more redistributive. Under current law, a very low earner receives an inflation-adjusted return on his Social Security taxes of around 4%. That’s a good return, given that government bonds are projected to return less than 3% above inflation. A high-earning worker, on the other hand, receives only around a 1.5% rate of return. Under Sen. Obama’s proposal, returns for very low earners would rise to around 6% above inflation — about the same return as on stocks, except with none of the risk. Compounded over a lifetime’s contributions, the difference in the “deal” offered to workers of different earnings levels would be extreme.
While Social Security has always been progressive, many would say this plan goes too far and risks turning Social Security into a “welfare program.” Low earners receive more in benefits than they pay in taxes — meaning their “net tax” is already negative — and Mr. Obama’s plan would increase net subsidies from the program.
Moreover, this payroll tax cut plan would reduce Social Security’s tax revenues by around $710 billion over the next 10 years. If made permanent, the Obama tax cut would increase Social Security’s long-term deficit by almost 60% and push the program into insolvency in 2034, versus 2041 under current projections.
To fill the hole in Social Security’s finances, Mr. Obama would increase income taxes on high earners and pour that money into Social Security. This would be the first time that income tax revenues have been used to finance Social Security, which has always relied on its own dedicated payroll tax to differentiate itself from other government programs. Filling the gap with higher taxes on high earners would further increase Social Security’s progressivity, pushing it closer toward a welfare-program approach.
Now, you haven’t heard Mr. Obama describe anything like this plan. If you had, it’s likely you wouldn’t support it. But it’s almost exactly what his headline “tax cut” would do. The Obama campaign took the idea described above and made it much more complicated.
Under the plan, which he claims would cut taxes for 95% of Americans, provides an income tax credit worth 6.2% of earnings up to $8,000, for a maximum credit of $500 per worker or $1,000 per couple. The 6.2% figure is important, because it matches the employee share of the Social Security payroll tax. Because around a third of Americans currently pay no income taxes — a fraction that would rise to almost half under Mr. Obama’s plan, according to the Tax Policy Center — Mr. Obama’s tax credits would be refundable, meaning you could collect the credit even if you paid no income taxes.
While Mr. Obama calls his plan “Making Work Pay,” under standard economic assumptions his plan would actually discourage work for anyone earning over $8,000 per year. The tax credit itself would increase workers’ take-home pay, an “income effect” that reduces incentives to work. Moreover, for workers in the $75,000 to $85,000 income range, where the tax credit is phased out at five cents for each dollar of additional income, this would add five percentage points to their marginal tax rate.
So Mr. Obama has in essence proposed cutting Social Security taxes for low earners, which would shift the system toward a “welfare” approach and sharply increase its long-term deficit. To fill the funding gap, he will raise taxes on high earners and funnel the money into Social Security, making the system even more progressive and breaking a long tradition against funding Social Security with income taxes.
The complex way in which Mr. Obama structures and describes his plan would make it harder to administer than a straight payroll tax cut. But it is also more difficult for the typical American to understand. This may explain why he chose complexity over clarity.
Mr. Biggs is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. He blogs on Social Security policy at http://www.andrewgbiggs.blogspot.com.

Obama vs. His Advisers
One underreported story of this election is how heavily John McCain has been damaged by Barack Obama’s television ad assault on his health-care plan. A lot of voters seem to believe the Democrat when he says that Mr. McCain wants to deny them coverage or bankrupt them with crushing hospital bills.

Comic Relief-
“The Stronger Sex”
The CIA had an opening for an assassin. After all of
the background checks, interviews and testing were
done, there were three finalists, two men and a
woman.
For the final test, the CIA agents took one of the men
to a large metal door and handed him a gun. “We must
know that you will follow your instructions, no matter
what the circumstances. Inside of this room, you will
find your wife sitting in a chair. Kill Her!!!”
The man said, “You can’t be serious. I could never
shoot my wife.”
The agent said, “Then you’re not the right man for
this job.”
The second man was given the same instructions. He
took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for
about five minutes. Then the man came out with tears
in his eyes. “I tried, but I can’t kill my wife.”
The agent said, “You don’t have what it takes. Take
your wife and go home.”
Finally, it was the woman’s turn. She was given the
same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the
gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one shot
after another. They heard screaming, crashing, banging
on the walls. After a few minutes, all was quiet. The
door opened slowly and there stood the woman. She
wiped the sweat from her brow, and said “This gun is
loaded with blanks. I had to beat him to death with
the chair.”

hillstheone;
Jeremy’s post might function as a suggestion that the Kool-Aid drinking started in the Dem party long before Obama came on the scene. Pelosi and Reid have been flop-flipping for a decade or so now, e.g.
You know how shocking it is to find that many/most people haven’t heard of ACORN and Ayers, etc.? Well, Reps are just as disgusted that few Dems know that Iraq is turning out very well, though Obama has been attempting to derail it and virtually promises to kick it in the ditch if elected. Which is making the Iraqi pols quite twitchy, by the way. The common factor, of course, is the MSM ‘gatekeeping’ which edits out whatever doesn’t match the DNC leadership’s Narrative™.
TexasTigress 10.26.08 at 2:50 am
HERE SJ posted this on the other thread (sounds smart- whew)
BILLIE JO AND WONTBACKDOWN~
YOU MUST READ ON THIS CASE HERE~ IT SAYS THE PEOPLE, [VOTERS], HAVE NO STANDING TO SUE!!!
*****************************************
This one highlighted the argument made by attorneys for Barack Obama and the DNC that, indeed, voters have no constitutional right to challenge the eligibility of the presidential candidates.
While I don’t much like it, as the law stands right now the lawyers are technically right. Just as you or I could not have standing to sue the federal government simply because we are taxpayers, voters cannot sue simply because they are voters. Time and time again, on these pages, I’ve said that the standing doctrine weighs heavily against Philip Berg’s cause. Just a few days ago, in fact, I wrote that common sense dictates that the suit be tossed on grounds of lack of standing — though I specifically said that some unexplainable tremor in my gut told me that Judge Surrick could surprise us all and rewrite voter standing as we know it. Law texts, after all, wouldn’t be so thick if the law never changed.

HiHat 10.26.08 at 2:58 am
Hello Pumas
This is my first ever post. I thought since Murphy went to the trouble to update this blog, it was time for me to stop lurking and join the discussion.
Some background:
I have been here since the very first day. I came over from the old Hillary site (back in the good old days) and have visited here every day since. Just lurking.
Me? I am a white, male, lifelong Democrat. At least, I was a Democrat, until this election. I voted for Bill Clinton, twice, as my President, and for Hillary as my Senator. But, when the primary was stolen from Hillary using the most disgusting tactics I have witnessed in 25 years of politics: misogyny, caucus fraud, race-baiting, well, you folks know full well the sordid details…
Then and there, I stopped being a Democrat. I did not leave my party, my party left me.
I will not vote for Obama. And, although I like and respect John McCain and Sarah Palin, I cannot vote for that ticket either, because my views on some issues differ far too much from those that they hold.
So, I will vote third party, as a protest against the current Democratic leadership. And I will continue to vote likewise until I get my party back: the party of Roosevelt and Truman, and Kennedy, and Clinton.
Anyway, just thought I would finally post something, just to let all you fine PUMAS know that your voices are being heard, and all your hard work is being noticed. And please know, there are some of us MEN (gasp) out here that FULLY SUPPORT what this MOVEMENT is all about.
I will probably not post much here because, as a writer, I tend not to blog, choosing rather to concentrate my energies on longer form dramatic writing. But, I DO continue to spread the word. And I will try to help in the ways I can.
(Aside To Murphy: I sent a modest $ donation to the PAC by mail last month – I hope you recieved it in good order.)
So, as Election Day fast approaches, please do not lose heart, Brave Pumas, let us continue to fight this good fight, and let us remember the words of Will Shakespeare:
“Strong reasons make strong actions”.
HiHat Puma
PS – Sorry for the undo length of this missive.

It would be worth the try if it at least alerts the public that PUMAs are in town, pouncing in to help save the election. They think we have shut up and have fallen in line for BO.

BillieJo & Texas:
Well, that’s EXACTLY WHY WE WANT TO CHALLENGE IT IN A CLASS ACTION – like Berg says: If he or citizens, voters, and party members don’t have standing to insure the eligibility of a candidate, then who does?
murphy 10.26.08 at 3:00 am
Hi hihat, welcome!
and thank you for your support.
kat in your hat 10.26.08 at 3:00 am
Me got idea in ma head.
After tomorrow, starting Monday, how do you all feel about starting a Don’t Believe The Hype! campaign with flyers, and storming the entire internet, and making viral emails, and writing letters to the editor in battleground state newspapers?
I think we need to tell people to not believe the Obama voter suppression techniques (MSM bias, polls, massive amounts of advertisements and TV buy in time).
Let’s tell everyone:
Don’t fall for Obama’s propaganda machine!
Don’t Get Suckered by Obama-Media!
Don’t Believe the Hype!
Shun Obama’s psychological warfare!
The Media. The Polls. The LIES!!
Don’t be fooled! Don’t be brainwashed!
GET OUT AND VOTE!
etc etc..
BillieJo 10.26.08 at 3:02 am

Although, I have been silent on this blog, I have not been silent in my daily life. I have consistently promoted the PUMA movement to family and friends alike. And, I have even witnessed my 72 year old uncle (lifelong Democrat) lose his faith, and decide to vote against Obama.
My gut feeling is, and has been, that there are a lot us out here, and The Democratic Party will be shocked when their anointed candidate loses this election.

Heigh-ho, HiHat;
You may get beat about the head and ears some about trying to be half-pregnant by just “not voting for Obama”. You’ll find that PumaPac is not just dedicated to Not-Supporting Obama, members are urgently working to defeat him. And, in that ‘distraction from drugs’ called the Real World, there’s only one way to do that.
BTW; a hint for your future writing career: it’s “undue length”, not “undo length”.

Obama already wrote his acceptance speech..
“We just learned from a newspaper today that Sen. Obama’s inaugural address is already written,” he said, to loud booing. “I want him to save that manuscript and donate it to the Smithsonian. They can put it right next to the Chicago paper that said “Dewey defeats Truman.’ There’s 10 days left in this election.”

Prowlland posted this and I think it would be great as an email..
As of November 5, 2008, when President Obama is officially elected into office, our company will instill a few new policies which are in keeping with his new, inspiring issues of change and fairness:
1. All salespeople will be pooling their sales and bonuses into a common pool that will be divided equally between all of you. This will serve to give those of you who are under-achieving a “fair shake”.
2. All low level workers will be pooling their wages, including overtime, into a common pool, dividing it equally amongst you. This will help those who are “too busy for overtime” to reap the rewards from those who have more spare time and can work extra hours.
3. All top management will now be referred to as “the government.” We will not participate in this “pooling” experience because the law doesn’t apply to us.
4. The “government” will give eloquent speeches to all employees every week, encouraging its workers to continue to work hard “for the good of all”.
5. The employees will be thrilled with these new policies because it’s “good to spread the wealth around”. Those of you who have underachieved will finally get an opportunity; those of you who have worked hard and had success will feel more “patriotic”.
6. The last few people who were hired should clean out their desks. Don’t feel bad, though, because President Obama will give you free healthcare, free handouts, free oil for heating your home, free food stamps, and he’ll let you stay in your home for as long as you want even if you can’t pay your mortgage.
If you appeal directly to our democratic congress, you might even get a free flat screen TV and a coupon for free haircuts (shouldn’t all Americans be entitled to nice looking hair?)!!!
If for any reason you are not happy with the new policies, you may want to rethink your vote on November 4th.

UPDATE OF SURRICK ORDER (Courts & Judges Integrity questionable)
The previous post questioned the actual author of the “ORDER” allegedly issued by US District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick (I left off the title “Honorable” as that remains to be determined).
This update will address three additional findings concerning this order and its actual author(s).
1. The “mystery Fax (header on the bottom of the 36 pages) began at 4:55PM and ended at 5:11PM for a total of 16 minutes. But where was the “mystery fax” machine located?
2. The fax from Judge Surricks office to Phillip Berg started at 18:09 or (6:09PM) and ended at 18:16 or (6:16PM) for a total of 7 minutes. Now what would cause a whole 9 minute discrepancy in the transmission times of a fax on the exact same number of pages? And even a slower machine would not cause a difference of more than double the time of transmission for the same number of pages.
3. The ORDER has no file/date stamp on the document at any page whatsoever which is required and is standard Court procedure. Why?
Judge R. Barclay Surrick, whether intentional or not, has created a situation that challenges the very integrity of the US District Court for the Eastern District of PA as well as the integrity of the Judge himself.
All of these issues must be address without delay, and the owner and location of the “mystery Fax” must be disclosed immediately with explanation as to why a ruling said to be issued by Judge Surrick, was in reality Faxed to Judge Surrick? The first and only Fax header that should be on the ruling when faxed to Attorney Philip J Berg should have been none other than that of Judge Surrick alone.

I am an Obama supporter and think that the underlying issue is laughable. I think the judge made the correct ruling. However, I also think that Berg, et. al., should keep on trying.
What they obviously need to do is first, accumulate more evidence, and second, find someone(s) with legal standing to file the complaint. Maybe they should see if they could persuade, say, the Idaho Legislature to take up the case.

Concerned Citizens Should Pursue Legal Action in Their Respective States
This “Music Producer” person seems to have things down pretty good (via a comment from my earlier post on this topic):
This was posted this past week in the comment section of http://www.obamacrimes.com:
The Virginia lawsuit (actually a Petition for Writ of Mandamus) was filed today. Ironically, we almost missed filing and serving due to the thousands of people downtown today to see Obama speak. In even better news, the Honorable Walter W. Stout III, the chief judge, granted our motion for an emergency hearing and set a briefing schedule. We were required to serve the Board of Elections a copy of the schedule today (which we did). We must file our brief and all supporting evidence on Friday. The Board of Elections has until the 28th to file a response. We may file a reply on the 29th and the hearing will be held on the 30th at 1:30p.m.
We did send copies of the suit and orders to the local media, but unlike some people, we are more interested in pursuing the legal battle, not whoring ourselves out to the media. For that same reason we are not setting up a website or soliciting donations.
We will let you know how things progress.
While your mileage may vary, if you’re so inclined or know of someone who’s willing to file expeditiously, this could be the way to get Obama’s eligibility taken care of.

For those who have been perusing the articles I have posted over the past several days, and who possibly read that the Pennsylvania court case, Berg v. Obama et al, was dismissed, here’s my quick, uneducated take on it:
The Honorable R. Barclay Surrick’s ruling portends, in my opinion, the coming of a true Constitutional crisis. Judge Surrick didn’t actually rule on any of the merits of the case; rather, that the plaintiff (former PA Deputy Attorney General/lifelong democrat) simply did not have “standing” to present the case.
At issue in the “standing” verdict, I see two main points: that no voter can challenge a federal election in federal court, simply because he is a voter (along the same logic that no taxpayer can sue the federal government by virtue of his “taxpayer-ness”).
The other mitigating factor in the dismissal is the issue of “injury-in-fact.” The plaintiff has to be able to demonstrate a real and measurable injury. The fact is, Obama is only “running” for office; whereas, the constitution merely states that someone cannot “hold” the office of President if the rules of eligibity are not met. Theoretically, nodoby has sustained actual injury if there is but a chance the injury could occur.
My very brief response to these two arguments is that, if a voter has “no standing” in matters pertaining to a federal election, then the notion of “Government of the people, by the people, and for the people” actually has little meaning (if “the people” truly have no voice); and shouldn’t the act of running for office suffice as intent to hold the office? That kind of thinking seems to necessarily preclude any preventative dynamics in law (we can’t adjudicate attempted felons—only those who are successful with their crimes).
But, these brief conclusions lead me to a much deeper question, for which I believe there are two possible answers. Were the framers of our Constitution remiss in their lack of defining who has “standing” in cases of presidential election fraud (since the Constitution, while defining the qualifications of the POTUS, mentions nowhere who has the right to challenge (on a federal level) the qualifications of someone who aspires to that office?
First, our Constitution begins, “We the people . . .” I think it should be fairly easily discerned that, when no federal or state body is charged with authority over or duty for a specific aspect of the Constitution, the framers were implying that it would remain with those on whose behalf the document was framed (we the people). As a voting citizen, this is part of Judge Surrick’s decision with which I must heartily disagree. I am a bona fide member of “we the people.”
However (and this is just a personal inclination), I believe it is wholly possible that our forefathers never even considered such a fraud even to be plausible—that someone, who either has not or cannot show proof of eligibility, would be able to travel this far down the campaign trail. And it is that belief that causes me, not just a little concern and patriotic anger, but also a firm conviction that this is no small “loophole” in our Constituion—one that should be tied and tightened in short order.
While the PA case will likely be appealed—probably to the Supreme Court, take note that there are presently eight known similar cases that have been filed in other state courts (not federal court, as the PA case was). This may be the more proper avenue anyway, since election day actually boils down to the several states all holding their elections on the same day. And, state courts don’t have the same requirement of proving “standing” that the federal courts have.
In those state cases, since each state’s Secretary of State is charged with verifying the eligibility of all candidates on the ballot (in some states it is the Board of Elections), they are being challenged to supply proof that that verification has occurred by producing certified copies of Sen. Obama’s “vault” birth certificate (the long form on file in Hawaii—not the more-easily-obtained “certification of live birth” that can be supplied by the state without the person actually having been born there—yes, another loophole). The suits charge that, if the documents have not or cannot be produced, the candidate must be removed from that state’s ballots.
So, this battle is not yet over; expect to see a lot more about it in the coming days. And, the deadline is not actually Nov.4 (although it would be nice for this to be settled before then) because that’s not the day when the POTUS is actually elected. The Meeting of the Electors occurs this year on December 15, and is to be confirmed by both houses of Congress on January 6. It is my understanding that, until that time, either candidate could be disqualified because of ineligibility or fraud.
In conclusion, I would just like to echo the question that has already been asked so many times,
“Sen. Obama, why not just produce the documents that prove your eligibility, and save everyone all this time and hassle? What are you hiding?”
Just my two cents’ worth.

Dean,
I’m probably going to more fully flesh this out in another post, but I did want to briefly comment on your comment.
I, too, believe that there should be a “redress of grievances” regarding any issue in the US Constitution. What I think judge Surrick was getting at with his ruling is that we, the People, must make request to the Legislative branch to further pursue this course of action.
There are two reasons why this is so tough:
1. We are not a federal republic; we are a constitutional republic made up of several States. As such, it is up to each State, primarily, and Congress (perhaps secondarily) to carry the onus of responsibility for making sure candidates for elected office are officially vetted;
2. Taking this through the federal level, as Berg is doing, will ultimately, in my opinion, become all for naught, as the Third Circuit isn’t going to overturn the appeal and the SCOTUS probably won’t hear it, because it’s not under their jurisdiction to determine this issue (instead, it’s Congress’s, at the federal level).
In the court of public opinion, however, our respective political parties and the press, ideally, would have already vetted all candidates. In the past, they probably would have.

Phil,
It seems that something as massively consequential as placing someone in the oval office who, constitutionally is not allowed to be there, would cause some metaphorical trigger to be pulled SOMEWHERE–whether it be executive, legislative, or judicial. I just cannot believe that we are so constitutionally helpless as to have no other redress than sticking our thumbs up our butts and saying, “There’s nothing anybody can do about this.”
Hopefully, the state filings will be just that trigger.
I so wish that, in the final debate, McCain would have reached in his back pocket, pulled out his birth certificate, and said, “Ya got one of these?”

Dean,
I, too, place a lot of hope in the State-based suits being generated across the fruited plain. And, to think that all of this could be circumvented if Mr. Obama would simply produce the paper.
But, yes — hopefully we can all generate enough of a fervor among the people to where it would become practically infeasible for the dear Senator to not show his eligibility.

I’m hesitantly going back to something that mountainsong said a few days ago, and that deals with Biden’s “mark my words” comment. I say “hesitantly” because for the life of me I can’t remember WHERE I read this, or exactly WHEN. I’m pretty sure it was during the primaries, possibly back when Obama had won some primaries and it looked, for the first time, like he had a shot at unseating the inevetible (sp?) Hillary. I belong to a Jewish group too (even though I am not Jewish) so I’m THINKING it may have been from there, but am not sure. I asked them the other day about it and they were very close-mouthed about it. They said that IF that were going to happen they sure weren’t going to say anything now, LOL. What I had heard somewhere was this: That if Obama were President Israel would realise that for the first time they would be all alone and the United States would no longer be their ally. Because Iran is developing nuclear weapons and has threatened to wipe Israel off the map, Israel would quickly (maybe before Obama is even sworn in) bomb Iran’s suspected nuclear facilities. Iran, and all Mulim nations, would then declare war on Israel. America, if a Pres. Obama, would take the side AGAINST Israel and the Holocaust would begin. When I heard Biden’s “mark my words” it went back into my mind that I had heard that; and Mountainsong brought it back again too. Now I can’t seem to get it out of my mind. God help us…. we MUST NOT have a Pres Obama! I am “clinging to my religion” (LOL) that the polls ARE wrong and that McCain will win, and with enough of a margin of victory that Obama will not be ABLE to steal it back. This is not just a “normal” presidential election; this is life and death. We have just over a week. We need to work our buns off, and wear our knees out in prayer.
TD 10.26.08 at 10:05 am
Hello! I happen to be a long time lurker. Did sign up a while ago but still stayed a lurker. I’ve read and watched many of the topics. I’ve watched peoples reactions when others didn’t agree..a few dipped to heated discussions but unless I missed it they did not become hateful as some other sites tend to do.
I have been a Republican most of my registered adult life. That does not mean that I have always voted for Republicans – just that I firmly believe that government is not the best way to do things. IE – I believe in small government and for them to keep out of my life. So…I’m one of the fiscal conservative and social moderate types.
I gather lots of information from different websites and to be honest for the longest times I was totally disgusted with Democrats. Their websites tended to be full of vile hatred toward anyone that disagreed with them (ie that would be me ..I registered Republican) – so..never registered to their sites. That is not to say I did not see some nastiness on Republican sites but I did not see, as often, the foaming at the mouth rabid hatred.
So…here I am on a PUMA website posting my first comment. Why you might ask? The reason why is there was a very good chance I would have voted for Hillary Clinton.
I have watched the Democrats turn into extreme left leaning party. Yet here..I have found the Democrats of old. The good ones. From what I have read here, you are as disgusted with your party being high jacked to the extreme left leaners as I was with the Republicans being high jacked by the extreme right leaners.
So, I may post more often…I don’t know but I seriously doubt I have been the only lurker here. Win or lose this election – although I am very much for McCain over Obama – I hope that you stay active. There is a lot of clean up that must be done to our government.
For a side note – I will probably be switching to a independent after this election. According to my husband, I haven’t been a ‘true’ Republican for a long time.
In George Washington’s Farewell Address to the people, he warned against partisanship, sectionalism and involvement in foreign wars. I agree with him. He was a wise man. I am tired of the Democrats and the Republican politicians using partisanship for votes. I want to vote FOR a leader..not casting a vote AGAINST the other guy because I have a choice of picking who I think is the lesser for two evils.

utahpuma 10.26.08 at 10:14 am
I’m sorry that this is so long, but I received this email from David Archbol that he received from Steve Dallas concerning the state lawsuits. He has asked that we consider this.
************************************************************
Utah,
I’d like your network to consider supporting this.
Everyone:
I have one question for this group:
How serious and committed are you about getting to a single focus to winning this battle to find out the truth about Obama’s qualifications AND to close the gap that caused this issue to arise (lack of legislated federal entity and transparent process/procedures for validating constitutional qualifications of US Presidential candidates and making results available to US citizens)?
From americasright.com (emphasis added):
“So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that’s completely up to Congress to decide.
“If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint.”
As of right now, I personally am not willing to pursue individual state lawsuit against TX Secretary of State. Due to the limited time, we have one – and only one – shot, for one battle to fight before Jan 29, 2009 – inauguration day. In my heart I believe there is only one litigation with the highest probability for getting us to the desired end state. And it is not filing lawsuits against Secretaries of State.
I’m a bottom line type of guy, so here it is:
I specifically received valuable legal counsel this past week from a very experienced attorney whose reputation and credibility is highly regarded. This man is an executive at the $120 billion private company I work for. He and I have worked together on leadership team of 2,000 member Employee PAC at our company. This man has:
1) Familiarity with the Berg lawsuit,
2) Experience with constitutional litigation
3) 25+ years experience with politics inside beltway in DC as a lobbyist
4) Is a McCain supporter.
Following that conversation, I had a much clearer understanding of where our time, energies, and finances need to be focused:
1) Most probable entity responsible for validating constitutional qualifications of US Presidential candidates is US Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
2) This is only going to get final resolution at the US Supreme Court and it is going to be one of those once-in-lifetime-monumental constitutional litigations with the entire country and world waiting for the outcome.
3) Obama legal team is preparing for the ultimate Supreme Court battle after Nov 4 as they are assuming Obama will win the electoral votes and will have a legal leg up to go to battle in front of Supreme Court (the citizens have chosen and you shouldn’t circumvent the will of the people).
4) Only way to successfully litigate in front of US Supreme Court is to establish a legitimate legal problem that needs to be solved with solid legal basis and standing
5) Showboating (Andy Martin’s brouhaha in Hawaii – give me a break – where is his evidence???), emotions, wailing and gnashing of teeth will not get us credibility – will actually destroy our credibility. Solid legal problem / basis with legal standing evidence, not just allegations and quotes from Internet sources.
I play to win, preparing myself with all tools, knowledge, experience, and best teammates that will best position me to win. I’m not going to waste time on small skirmishes that take focus from the final battle to be won. Subsequently, to me most important items for our group at this time:
1) Immediately get our group formally organized. We need a large, confirmed number who are willing to sign up and support this effort, including financially. Largest number of citizens with one voice with same razor focus and concern gets the most attention of the attorneys and politicians and gives us credibility for people to take notice
2) Begin all activity necessary to prepare for the final battle that will occur sometime after Nov 4 and before Jan 29, 2009 – inauguration day. Need action plan with assignments, drivers/owners, deliverables, milestones.
3) We need to locate and get on board backing our efforts an experienced constitutional attorney that has the most experience arguing cases in front of the US Supreme court – the final battle destination for this issue. Consensus among many attorneys I have talked to, including the executive attorney, is that Berg isn’t the one to get this done. Obama has put together the largest legal team ever – http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/10/20/15211/263/580/636064 Obama’s legal Hell-Hounds will be sufficiently prepared to devour Berg at every step of the appeals process. Now that Judge Surrick has ruled against Berg, and based on the contents of his ruling, Berg will have absolute Hell in the appeals process as the Obama Legal Hell-Hounds will immediately pull out all their legal delay tactics at their disposal, to draw it as long as possible until Jan 29, 2009 – inauguration day.
4) The executive attorney gave me 4 names of very experienced constitutional attorneys across US, two of whom successfully argued the Bush and Cheney 2000 election case before FL and US Supreme Courts. I’m aggressively pursuing one of those attorneys at this time and getting “inside” assistance to get a meeting with him.
5) We will need this future attorney to:
a. Establish the core legal problems in Berg’s case that can be successfully argued before Supreme Court – establish our legal case. Much may or may not be a portion of what Berg laid out.. Most importantly, establishing legal standing that will hold up in front of US Supreme Court.
b. Confirm the Federal Entity responsible for validating presidential candidate’s qualifications – and it isn’t the DNC or the Secretaries of States. As I stated previously, most likely is US Senate Rules and Administration Committee
c. File federal lawsuit against that Federal Entity, Obama, and prepare for final battle before US Supreme Court.
Attached is PowerPoint proposal I’m using when discussing this final battle approach with others.
If others in Texas want to file a lawsuit against TX Secretary of State Hope Andrade, I will cheer them on. But that will be the extent of my involvement. My focus, time, and energies are going to be on the above items – IF others in the group are ready to join with me. If not, then my involvement will change to being on my knees every morning and night praying for McCain/Palin win on Nov 4 – because that will be the only chance left.
Those on the cc list of this email are those Texans who have expressed interest at Plaintiffs in TX Secretary of State lawsuit.
Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions/feedback.
Thanks,
Steve E Dallas

Oh, and I am a lil’ devil, and I tend to speak my mind (and the truth) freely….and when I get mad, well, just remember that MURPHY is the leader, the group is wonderful, and I am a radical progressive who is a lil’ devil.
That being said, the MAIN STREAM MEDIA is trying to pull one over on the world people. EVERY paper, EVERY channel, is saying BO is winning, and HE IS NOT. HE IS NOT.
My BIGGEST fear is that NON BO voters will give up. How can we fight this? Any ideas?
Oh, and if Taylor Marsh or her friends are reading this, there are BOOKS on how to walk upright….get one before it is too late…

In 2003, the Bush Administration sought to create an agency to oversee Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.[16] While Senate and House leaders voiced their intention to bring about the needed legislation, no reform bills materialized. A Senate reform bill introduced by Senator John Corzine (D-NJ) (S.1656) never made it out of the 21-member (10D/11R) Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.[17]. At the time members of the 108th congress expressed faith in the solvency of Fannie and Freddie. Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA), for example, described them as “not facing any kind of financial crisis.” [18]
In 2005, the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act, sponsored by Senator Chuck Hagel (R-NE) and co-sponsored by Senators Elizabeth Dole (R-NC), John McCain (R-AZ) and John Sununu (R-NH)[1], would have increased government oversight of loans given by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Like the 2003 bill, it also died in the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, this time in the 109th Congress. A full and accurate record of the congressional attempts to regulate the housing GSEs is given in the Congressional record prepared in 2005. [19][20]
Gerald P. O’Driscoll, the former vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, stated that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had become classic examples of crony capitalism. Government backing let Fannie and Freddie dominate the mortgage-underwriting. They returned some of the profits to the politicians, sometimes directly, as campaign funds, and sometimes as “contributions to favored constituents.” [21]

WHERE were these people in the primaries when OBAMA had operatives busing people in to the polls and also HELPING people fill out registrations and also standing over people practically when they pulled the lever! LA Times Hiding Incriminating Video of Obama with Radical Palestinian? Update: Ayers and Dohrn Attended Khalidi Party with Obama
Gateway Pundit says he contacted the LA Times to ask about a video showing Barack Obama at a party for radical Islamist Rashid Khalidi, mentioned by the LA Times in this article: Allies of Palestinians see a friend in Barack Obama.
At Khalidi’s going-away party in 2003, the scholar lavished praise on Obama, telling the mostly Palestinian American crowd that the state senator deserved their help in winning a U.S. Senate seat. “You will not have a better senator under any circumstances,” Khalidi said.
The event was videotaped, and a copy of the tape was obtained by The Times.
LA Times writer Peter Wallsten said he won’t release the video or reveal his sources: Confirmed: MSM Holds Video Of Barack Obama Attending Jew-Bash & Toasting a Former PLO Operative… Refuse to Release the Video!
If true, this is media malfeasance of an almost astounding degree. They have a video that could change the stakes in this election and they’re hiding it. And they’ve been hiding it since last April.
Contact the Los Angeles Times and demand that they release this video.
UPDATE at 10/25/08 9:36:04 pm:
It gets even more interesting.
Also attending the farewell dinner described above: Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.
In Chicago, the Khalidis founded the Arab American Action Network, and Mona Khalidi served as its president. A big farewell dinner was held in their honor by AAAN with a commemorative book filled with testimonials from their friends and political allies. These included the left wing anti-war group Not In My Name, the Electronic Intifada, and the ex-Weatherman domestic terrorists Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers. (There were also testimonials from then-state Senator Barack Obama and the mayor of Chicago.)

From briefly reading some of the above posts about lack of standing, I wonder if this would change if BO is actually President. In other words, it seems to be related to the running of someone for the office, but I wonder if all this would change (lack of standing and lack of injury) if he were actually President. Something to think about…

Hi Murphy,
I like our new house. You did a great job!
Yesterday, we took 30 seniors from the Asian community to vote. Prior to that, we discussed the two presidential candidates and what each one would bring to the White House. Some of the seniors are still actively working helping their families in their small businesses. Not all are making $250,000 but there are a few. What I found out after they voted, 50% were Independents, 20% were Republicans and the remaining 30% were Democrats. All 15 Independents said they voted for McCain, 6 Republicans vote for McCain and 6 of the 9 Democrats also voted for McCain. The Independent voters were already leaning toward McCain before I talked to them but help sealed the deal afterward.
I will tell you this though that a national PAC, 80-20, has endorsed Obama and are working very hard to deliver bloc votes for him. This is a very powerful Asian American PAC with over 600,000 members. However, once they have endorsed a candidate, they are able to mobilize a big bloc of their members (Democrats, Republicans & Independents) along with their families and friends to deliver the 80% hence 80-20. What it means is that each party will have its base of 20%. It’s the remaining 80% that the PAC have to mobilize and they have been very successful in the past. The Asian American votes have been growing steadily since the 2000 election. 80-20 was successful in delivering bloc votes for Hillary during the California primary. Here in Houston our local 80-20 PAC does not participate in presidential election, so it’s kind of hard to deliver a bloc vote of 80% to either candidate. From the feedback in the community, it appears that Asian Americans are going for McCain/Palin in Houston and throughout Texas.
We are all praying very hard for a McCain/Palin win.

Is anyone watching Meet the Press? Tom Brokaw is trying to psych McCain out with these stupid polls.
How many PUMAs have been polled on any of these issues? I’d like to know, since Brokaw is insisting that these Polls are indicative of something. Seems like they’re indicative of only of the MSM prejudice…
DeepSouth 10.26.08 at 10:43 am
Scroll down past the personal picks BS to the actual straw poll.
Here is what election day will really look like:
http://news.aol.com/elections/article/the-race-for-the-electoral-college/219705?icid=200100397×1211830821x1200736029
AOL straw has always show McCain winning by a huge margin. The bots hacked into the straw poll a few weeks ago and it showed Bozo winning by a huge margin. AOL put in additional security and the real numbers are showing.
This poll just started. AOL has been correct in the last three elections. Between Rasmussen and Gallup it is being reported they have between a 60% to 80% hang up rate. Therefore only 20% to 40% of registred voters are being polled. My guess is the majority of those hanging up are the McCain supporters.

********** FUNNY **************
The Quarter
From: Molli Wolf
A father walked into the market followed by his
ten-year-old son. The kid was spinning a quarter in
the air and catching it between his teeth. As they
walked through the market, someone bumped into the boy
at just the wrong moment and the coin went straight
into his mouth and lodged in his throat. He
immediately started choking and going blue in the
face, and his Dad started panicking, shouting and
screaming for help. A middle-aged
man in a gray suit was sitting at a
coffee bar in the market reading his newspaper and
sipping a cup of coffee. At the sound of the commotion
he looked up, put his coffee cup down on the saucer,
neatly folded his newspaper and placed it on the
counter. He got up from his seat and made his way
nonchalantly across the market. Reaching the boy, the
man carefully took hold of the kid’s gonads and
squeezed gently but firmly. After a few seconds the
boy convulsed violently and coughed up the quarter,
which the man caught in his free hand. Releasing the
boy, the man gave the coin to the father and walked
back to his seat in the coffee bar without looking
back. As soon as he was sure that his son had suffered
no lasting ill effects, the father rushed over to the
man and thanked him profusely. The man looked
embarrassed and brushed off the father’s thanks. “I’ve
never seen anybody do anything like that before, it
was fantastic. What are you, a surgeon or something
like that?” “Oh, good heavens no,” the man replied. “I
work for the IRS.”

Saul Alinsky, Obama — the game plan that is being used on you
Obama is using Saul Alinsky’s methods on you and your children.
Indeed, Alinsky believed in sacrificing ethics and morals for the great cause. “Ethical standards must be elastic to stretch with the times,” Alinsky wrote in his last book, “Rules for Radicals,” adding that “all values are relative in a world of political relativity.”
Published a year before Alinsky’s death in 1972, “Rules for Radicals” includes a dedication in which he gives “an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical . . . who rebelled against the establishment and did it so
effectively that he at least won his own kingdom – Lucifer.”
Alinsky’s writings even explain what often seems like Obama’s oversized ego. In New Hampshire in January, for example, the senator told an audience that “a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany . . . and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote for
Obama.”
It was a bizarre spectacle, but consider that Alinsky believed that “anyone who is working against the haves is always facing odds, and in many cases heavy odds. If he or she does not have that complete self-confidence (or call it ego) that he can win, then the battle is lost before it is even begun.”

I suggest today, October 26th, we wish Hillary a happy birthday and appeal to her to put country over party to save America from Obama’s far left policies (far left is as bad as far right to me a Democrat for McCain). She knows as well as I do how incredibly dangerous they will be. So, Happy Birthday Hillary! I hope you joy, happiness and health throughout the course of your life. Unfortunately, I cannot support you in backing Obama. As a former Hillary supporter I am proud to say I now support McCain/Palin- 08. The reason is primarily because the Democratic Party has changed so much since the start of the primary season in 2007 and all the “boys” ganged up to beat you, they no longer represent my ideas/ideals/beliefs as a “US” citizen. Admittedly, the Republican Party does not represent all of them either, but I can honestly say Senator McCain and Sarah Palin do not scare me and Obama/Biden really scares the heck out of me. So, for now and the foreseeable future, I will be re-registering as an Independent and voting Republican for President. I pray that America see’s the light before November 4th.

Which grandmother was at Obama’s birth? I’m curious because B. Hussein went to Hawaii, but he has a grandmother near Kenya???
Kogelo, the remote village home of Barack Obama’s grandmother, Sarah, is nowhere near Kenya’s safari circuit. But the three hotels in the nearby city of Kisumu are booked solid for the week of the US elections, as visitors make a pilgrimage to the region where Mr Obama’s father was born and buried.

Good morning, my PUMA family!! I am hours away from voting!! I am planning to vote today, Nov 4 seems far!!lol, and I want to feel that I have done something for my country!! I hope I won’t meet any Obytrons there, ’cause I am not in the mood for them!! I have even stopped going to Huffo, they give me the creeps and make my stomach sick!!
We should keep working even after election day, even after McCain wins!! to make sure that never again someone like O gets this close to get elected!1 we must do something, and I guess it is time to create a new democratic party, the current one is too corrupted and is not what it was meant to serve for when it was established!!

#268 “So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that’s completely up to Congress to decide. “If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff.

Share the wealth.
Those three words should send shudders down the spine of any hardworking, over-taxed, get-government-out-of-my-pocketbook American.
Yet the image and rhetoric of Barack Obama has buried his progressive government-knows-best philosophy.
Columnist Orson Scott Card, himself a Democrat, put it in perspective last week when he wrote that the financial crisis was completely preventable. Card pointed out that congressional Democrats blocked any attempt to prevent it; when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi accused the Bush administration and congressional Republicans of enacting financial deregulation that caused the crisis, no one in the media called her on that lie, Card complained.
Absent in the daily-news narrative is that, as a senator, McCain tried to avert this mess and to get others in Congress to regulate lending responsibly.
Once again, the McCain message is buried, either by the daily political sideshows or by the brilliant way Obama’s campaign has “flooded the zone” with its message: A vote for McCain is a vote for four more years of failed Bush policies.
Some of the blame goes to McCain, too; he has been ineffective on the national stage at explaining his plan.

‘Finish the race before starting the victory lap,’ McCain says
Posted: 07:51 PM ET
From CNN Political Producer Tasha Diakides
Sen. McCain warned Sen. Obama not to get too far ahead of himself during a campaign event Saturday.
(CNN) — Senator John McCain attacked Sen. Barack Obama for having his inaugural address ready to go and said that Obama’s presidential preparations will be proven premature at a rally in Mesilla, Arizona on Saturday.
“We just learned from a newspaper today that Senator Obama’s inaugural address is already written.”

You know what they say about hindsight….
I’m not so sure that a suit in the Supreme Court would help us at this point because a suit won’t happen overnight. Maybe later if it comes to that.
I still believe we must get the information out to the VOTERS who will make the difference next week. I have emailed out Letters to the Editors to every newspaper in Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada, and will do Montana and Wisconsin in a bit. I just wish I had the time to reach the East coast newspapers too.
I ignore the polls, they’re all rigged to favor Obama.

Here’s my Letter to the Editors that I sent out this morning. I’ll offline working on Montana, Wisconsin, and maybe even Ohio. The Senator list doesn’t line up well on the blog, but there are two columns, one for Dems and one for the Republs.
************************************************************
A Free Ride into the White House
There are numerous reasons NOT to vote for Barrack Obama, but the most critically important one is that he is not eligible to be a Senator much less the President of the U.S.
The U.S. Constitution is very clear on the specific requirements for the office of the President of the U.S.
US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
Evidence now supports the fact that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and was later adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. No where is it found that Obama applied for U.S. citizenship. Even if he had, he would not be an U.S. natural born citizen. Marrying an U.S. citizen would not make him eligible either. Barrack Obama (Barry Soetoro) is an illegal alien. He has adamantly refused to provide proof of his birth in the U.S. and blocked all efforts made through the courts to obtain this proof. What is he hiding from the American people?
How did this happen! The elected officials in the U.S. Congress turned a blind eye or simply did not do their job. The U.S. Senate Rules and Administration Committee, among other things, is responsible for:
(D) Credentials and qualifications of Members of the Senate, contested elections, and acceptance of incompatible offices.
(E) Federal elections generally, including the election of the President, Vice President, and Members of the Congress.
These Committee members are:
Democrats Republicans
Chairman, Dianne Feinstein, CA Ranking Member Robert Bennett, UT
Senator Robert C. Byrd, WV Senator Ted Stevens, AK
Senator Daniel K. Inouye, HI Senator Mitch McConnell, KY
Senator Christopher J. Dodd, CT Senator Thad Cochran, MS
Senator Charles E. Schumer, NY Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, TX
Senator Richard J. Durbin, IL Senator C. Saxby Chambliss, GA
Senator E. Benjamin Nelson, NE Senator Chuck Hagel, NE
Senator Harry Reid, NV Senator Lamar Alexander, TN
Senator Patty Murray, WA Senator John Ensign, NV
Senator Mark L. Pryor, AR
Recently a federal judge in Pennsylvania, appointed by President Bill Clinton, has ruled that the “people” have no “standing” to question the eligibility of Mr. Obama. Supposedly only Congress can do this.
In a nation founded on “of the people, by the people, and for the people”, I find that response very unacceptable. Many people are fighting to keep democracy in America while Congress is asleep.
I have already contacted all of the elected officials from my state and the Ranking member of this Committee
and asked them to officially disqualify Obama from the Presidentail candidacy. They have remained silent.
I have also contacted my state Attorney General and Lt. Governor, who is in charge of state elections, and asked them to remove Obama’s name from the state ballot. They have remained silent.
The Obama team is now taking his case to the Supreme Court to qualify him to be President in spite of what our U.S. Constitution requires.
Will you remain silent too?

Obama was born in Mombosa, Kenya.
It was his paternal grandmother who witnessed his birth…she is also the one which Berg has an audio tape of speaking in native Kenyan language about this.
These people are typical nomads, I am not sure which part in Kenya the grandmother now resides, but in the 1960’s she was there. Saddest part is their is multiple sources for these accounts and the MEDIA is all but ignoring it! Basically we have LOST our rights as citizens under the Constitution…it is now null and void.

Get this! A pollster says the polling firms don’t get the PUMA Factor, and that is causing wild errors!
http://tinyurl.com/ThePumaFactor
Yet Gallup Polling claims that the Bradley Factor is a wash at best and could actually be adding an extra 3 points to Obama’s total in a kind of reverse Bradley Effect. Looking at where the McCain folks are competing when they would seem to have no chance, they all have one thing in common. They were carried by Hillary Clinton and in some cases even after it was obvious that Obama had it locked up. McCain was bound to pick up some of Hillary’s supporters anyway after the way Hillary was treated by the Obama campaign. These are the so-called PUMA (Party Unity My Ass) folks. Clearly the McCain folks think that there is a P.U.M.A. Factor in play which is a variation of the Bradley Factor. The results that Hillary got simply cannot be explained by race alone. It was the positions that she took that were different than Obama’s that resonated with these voters. Because Obama has such an extremely liberal voting record, there were some issues where even Hillary agreed with McCain more than she did with Obama.
This effect was heightened by the selection of Sarah Palin which gave these folks an even better reason to vote for McCain and Palin. These supporters are primarily female and given the political differences between Sarah and Hillary, one would think that the PUMA people would be few and far between. What is missing in all of this is the males who voted for Hillary over Obama. They are far less inclined to be upset about how Hillary was treated. On the other hand, Sarah Palin is more their kind of woman than even Hillary is. They are blue collar Democrats who are into hunting and fishing just like Sarah is. They were not buying what Obama was offering then and they still feel the same way.
The key point here is that these people are actually Democrats who plan on voting for McCain. Because such people are being called racists for this by people like John Murtha of Pennsylvania, they are not telling the pollsters that they are planning to vote for McCain. Most of the pollsters are weighting their samples based on the usual voting splits between Democrats and Republicans. If the P.U.M.A. Factor is upsetting this voting pattern, the pollsters are giving too much weight to the Democrats in their samples. If the polling firm for the McCain campaign has figured out how to adjust for the P.U.M.A. Factor, then they are getting radically different results and that is especially so in some blue states that Hillary carried by wide margins. This same adjustment has caused them to realize which red states are not good bets any more and which blue states are up for grabs in spite of what other pollsters are showing.
And M-P know it!

ANDY MARTIN
Executive Editor
ContrarianCommentary.com
“Factually Correct, Not
Politically Correct”
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Internet powerhouse Andy Martin is interviewed by a TV network, watch for the report (we don’t know when)
Martin opens a new series of columns on Barack Obama as a result of the TV network interview
COMING MONDAY: Barack Obama and Islam, Again
Andy explains the difference between a legal investigation and a “TV investigation”
(NEW YORK)(October 26, 2008) One of the national TV networks sent a Washington producer and correspondent to interview me in New York today (Sunday) and it was a spirited exchange. I don’t know when any part of the interview will air, but they were asking me questions for over an hour.
So, yes, the “Mainstream Media” (“MSM”) do contact me, and I respond courteously and cooperatively when scheduling permits.
But I also learn from these exchanges with the MSM. The correspondent asked me a lot of questions that represented stale information about me. I asked him what relevant stale material had to the 2008 campaign. There was no response.
And, of course, I was asked for “evidence.” In light of his remarks perhaps it is time for what Rush Limbaugh calls a “caller clinic,” and I will call, “Talking Back to the MSMs.”
First, a little understanding about my background. Most “journalists” come out of journalism school, and they are trained how to react and report when the Wal-Mart truck overturns and spills oranges in the street. Similarly, most network “investigators” have to be good looking first, and journalists second. Anonymous producers do most of the research and investigation. TV “investigations” usually involve consumer fraud types of inquiries where someone has cheated someone else and there is a contact to prove the terms. TV seldom conducts genuine investigations.
I was not trained as a journalist. I studied English in college, and went on to law school, where I learned how to investigate and prepare a case. Unlike consumer disputes, there is seldom documentary evidence to confirm a conspiracy. That is why courts permit circumstantial evidence as probative (proving) and allow adverse inferences to be drawn from refusals to produce material in civil cases.
A lawsuit investigation is an entirely different process than a TV “investigation.” How do you “interview” people that have been dead, or their living coconspirators? How do you conduct historical research? Tangible evidence can be elusive; testimonial evidence is critical. Does that mean we should suspend the search for truth? If that was the case, no criminal conspiracy could ever be prosecuted as long as the coconspirators refused to talk.
I have forty years of experience. And, I have made news over the past forty years with investigations around the world, obtaining information that no one else could elicit.
So I approached the investigation of Barack Obama’s past as a preparation for a lawsuit and not as a TV show. The results are starkly different. While the MSM’s have “investigated” Obama and found nothing, or whitewashed everything they did find, I have found a plethora of serious questions about him. In addition, I have been able to highlight material that was developed by others due to my interpretive and analytical experience.
With this preface we come to the TV production of Hannity’s America on October 5th that has caused the Obama campaign to go ballistic with smears and counterattacks on me, and sent Hannity’s rating soaring: the material involving radical anti-American revolutionary and mad bomber Bill Ayers of Chicago.
Obama exploded when I presented the first reasonable Ayers/Obama timeline on Hannity’s program. I expressed an expert opinion on Ayers and Obama based on undisputed facts, circumstantial evidence and reasonable inferences drawn from the foregoing.
Could anyone outside Chicago really investigate Ayers without understanding the bizarre local culture? In what other city in America, other than Chicago with its culture of cronyism and corruption, could the mayor say that a mad bomber was an esteemed citizen? Only in Chicago.
Do you know of any violent criminals who have been praised by local officials elsewhere and promoted to high office? Send me the names. Chicago is unique because cronyism and corruption trump everything else. That is the case with Ayers and the Mayor. Ayers may be crazy, but he’s Chicago crazy and he’s Daley crazy. The mayor loves him because the mayor’s father loved Ayers’ father. Sad but true. Only in Chicago.
For forty years I have rejected, investigated, exposed and prosecuted Chicago-style cronyism and corruption. I helped send crooked Cook County judges to jail. The local media do not like me, because I embarrass them. Writers at the bankrupt Chicago Sun-Times go into apoplexy every time I expose their paltry contribution to the 2008 campaign. One moron at the Sun-Times made a vow not to write about me, and then broke his own oath. Pathetic.
I went to Hawai’i two weeks ago to ask the questions that no else one had ever asked. Why did the pieces of the Obama puzzle never fit? We were the first investigative team to land in Honolulu to pursue these conundrums about the candidate.
And we found answers. Obama is not Obama. His father was the controversial Frank Marshall Davis, who–surprised?–rose to prominence in Chicago. I did a story disclosing Obama’s true father, a claim that he has not denied. Obama’s silence is deafening. He knows we are ready for him if he does.
Davis may have been a proverbial “bad guy” in the eyes of conservatives, but he was well-liked in Honolulu. And he had influence in city hall. His friends are saddened that Davis’ son is not being elected president, and that Davis’ son travels under the false flag of another family, “Obama”. The whole thing was a tragic fraud linked to Obama’s childish mother, Davis’ existing wife and family, and Barack Obama senior who received some vigorish in return for posing as the father.
I should point out that these family machinations and convolutions are hardly unusual or unprecedented. People discover all the time that parents they thought were their parents are not, or that siblings or cousins are not in fact the relatives they thought they were. Families do occasionally lie to each other. Obama’s is not the first “switched at birth” puzzle to unravel.
That’s why Obama’s “father” was never a father to him. And that’s why “Dreams From My Father” is devoted secretly to Obama’s real father, Frank Davis, who did give his son many dreams and pointed him in the direction of Chicago, where Davis still had many contacts and longstanding relationships. When you plug Davis into the “puzzles” about Obama, there are no longer any “puzzles” or questions. The pieces all fit together nicely.
Which brings us to Obama’s birth certificate. Obama has lied to the American people. Lied. Yes, lied. He is lying as you read this. He has released a piece of paper that is merely a computerized print-out from a data base. We provided a copy of a 1963-style birth certificate to the TV network. We will be returning to this document over and over again in the next week. Obama has concealed the original typewritten 1961 document. The original document in 1961 was typed, not computer-printed as is the sample published by “FactCheck.org.”
Of course my revelation about Obama’s real father irritated some conservatives (and Democrats) that claim Obama was born in Kenya. I have seen no admissible evidence to confirm that he was born in Kenya. One person claimed to have a “tape” of Obama’s grandmother claiming to be present at his birth. Problem? Yes. The “grandmother” is not his grandmother, a fact that has continuously confused the media (yup, the Chicago Sun-Times had the wrong photo on its website for months) because of Obama’s honorific references to her as “granny.” Obama never met his real Kenyan “grandmother” and there is no evidence she was present at his birth.
Ironically, the TV correspondent asked me if I should “apologize” to Obama for mistakenly saying he was a Muslim at birth. I responded that Obama should apologize to the American people for lying about whom his real father was. He has falsely maintained that he is an “Obama” when he is a “Davis.” I am not afraid to publish the truth as we find it, even as it may contradict what we previously thought to be true. Honesty to my audience and the relentless pursuit of the truth are my paladins. And, look for “Obama and Islam, Again,” on Monday, October 27th).
The bottom line: we have embarrassed the New York Times and run circles around the mainstream media, and they don’t like it. Obama unleashed his mud merchants to smear me, and only succeeded in making me a larger presence in the campaign. When I left for Honolulu, Obama had not been there in a while, and his grandmother was already in the hospital without any noticeable concern on his part. He was planning nothing. No MSM had ever conducted any investigation in Honolulu.
The minute my team started digging, everyone started paying attention and, surprise, Obama landed in his jet to visit his real (white) grandmother. Wonders never cease. Miraculously, she had made an instant recovery by the time he arrived. Many people feel he used his grandmother’s illness as a pretext to come to Hawai’i. I do not view that as an unreasonable theory.
In closing, I have one question for Barack Frank Marshall Davis Obama, pretender president of the United States: why won’t you allow me and the American people to see your real, original 1961 birth certificate (in Hawai’i they called a “Certificate of Live Birth.”)?
Until Obama produces the original 1961 birth certificate—typewritten, not computer generated—-he will be a pretender president to the American people and me.
Only a complete moron would vote for a presidential candidate that is afraid to release a copy of his original 1961 birth certificate.
John McCain leaves a lot to be desired as a candidate, and no doubt as a president. But he is a real person. He does not have to hide either his birth certificate or his family history.
A vote for Barack Obama is a vote for a mystery man that lives in fear of his own family history, and lives in fear of what voters would do if they saw a copy of the original 1961 typewritten Certificate of Live Birth. Who is voting for this phony? Who could vote for such a phony?
Ask the Mainstream Media. They are shoving him down our throats.
Over to you Barry (Obama/Davis).
Obama Davis son of admitted Communist Party member??????
I am afraid what other info is out there…..
Please America vote McCain!
